此生、来世、中阴三者之祈愿文。 此生、来世、中阴三者之祈愿文。 ༄༅། །此生、来世、中阴三者之祈愿文合集在此。祈请十方无边刹土中安住的诸佛和菩萨，以及于祈愿文中获得自在的一切尊者垂念我，以慈悲摄受我。愿从生至生、世世代代的所有罪障，当下即得清净。愿内在的因、外在的缘、中间的连接等，三时的一切恶业，以及因果种子和习气，当下即得清净。愿从今以后，对于未曾修持正法的行为，刹那也不涉入。愿一切作为和行为，自然而然地成就为纯洁的善业。愿对上师生起佛陀的觉知。愿一切显现皆呈现为本尊。愿慈爱和悲悯，以及珍贵的菩提心，在心中生起。愿自然而然地通达显密一切佛法。愿从内心深处忆念死亡。愿通达业果的要点。愿将一切苦乐之事理解为如梦一般。愿此生不受疾病、痛苦、恶缘和障碍的掌控。愿身语意三门的一切行为皆成为正法。愿一切财富、食物、财物、受用和富饶之物皆成为清净刹土之资粮。愿不受非时而死的掌控。如果寿命已尽，面临死亡之际，愿毫无临终的痛苦。愿忆念清晰，获得自主，以欢喜之心而逝去。彼时，愿上师与诸佛以迎接之仪，显现无量清净之景象。愿在中阴时，自识本面。愿一切光芒皆为自光。愿一切声音皆为自声。愿一切形相皆为自形。愿内外无别，于无别光明之身界中解脱。彼时，愿忆念上师之教言。愿本尊之生起次第清晰。愿身成光身，心成法身，中阴成报身，于幻化之身中成佛。若有错乱。

I beseech all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the boundless realms of the ten directions, and all those who have mastered prayers, to consider me. Please hold me with compassion. May all sins and obscurations from birth to birth, in lifetime after lifetime, be purified and cleansed right now. May all negative karmas of the three times, including the inner causes, outer conditions, and intermediate connections, along with the seeds and latent tendencies of cause and effect, be purified and cleansed right now. From now on, may I not engage even for a moment in actions that are not in accordance with the sacred Dharma. May all actions and activities naturally accomplish white, virtuous deeds. May I have the perception of the Lama as the Buddha. May all appearances arise as Yidam deities. May love, compassion, and the precious Bodhicitta arise in my being. May I naturally understand all the teachings of Sutra and Tantra. May I remember death from the depths of my heart. May I understand the key points of karma and its results. May I understand all activities of happiness and suffering as dreamlike. May I not be under the control of illness, suffering, adverse conditions, and obstacles in this life. May all activities of body, speech, and mind become sacred Dharma. May all wealth, food, possessions, enjoyments, and riches become resources for a pure realm. May I not be under the control of untimely death. If the time comes to die, may there be not even a hair's breadth of suffering from cutting the vital point. May my memory be clear, may I attain freedom, and may I die with joy and happiness. At that time, may the Lama and the deities appear with a welcoming ceremony, and may immeasurable pure visions arise. In the bardo, may I recognize my own face. May all light be my own light. May all sounds be my own sounds. May all forms be my own forms. May I be liberated into the expanse of the body of light, without separation between inside and outside. At that time, may I remember the instructions of the Lama. May the generation stage of the Yidam deity be clear. May the body become a light body, the mind become the Dharmakaya, the bardo become the Sambhogakaya, and may I attain Buddhahood in the illusory body. If there is confusion.

如果因为显现的势力而偏离其他道路，愿子宫之门关闭。愿认识自明智慧的本性。愿忆念皈依之处的上师。即使那样也未能获得自主，而被业风所驱使，愿投生为父母富裕且与正法相应的儿子。而且，愿暇满的人身与纯白的善法相遇。从小到年轻等出家，愿戒律完全清净。愿自然而然地通达一切经、续和窍诀。愿成为外持律、内怀菩提心、密持密咒的法器，对任何事物都不执着，寿命与修行相等。愿修行没有障碍。愿获得神通和神变等成就的征兆。愿见、闻、忆、触的一切众生，都能将显现转化为神圣的佛法。愿一切善恶业的关联，都能引导至成熟解脱。愿教法和众生都成为具德上师，事业广大且威望崇高。愿美名和声誉传遍一切世间。去世时，愿遗骸化为舍利之聚。或者，愿解脱为虹身光蕴。愿从这些产生的所有功德，成熟并普及于如虚空般的无量众生。从普贤金刚持大士开始，直到恩重如山的根本上师，为了利益众生所发的一切愿望，愿所有这些都能成就自他。这部名为《汇集今生来世中阴三愿的虹身光蕴》的祈愿文，是掘藏师虹光精华所著。吉祥！芒嘎朗！ 今生来世中阴三愿。

If, due to the power of appearances, one deviates onto other paths, may the door of the womb be closed. May one recognize the nature of self-aware wisdom. May one remember the refuge-bestowing lama. Even if one does not gain independence from that and is driven by the winds of karma, may one be born as a son with wealthy parents who are in accordance with the sacred Dharma. Moreover, may the white body of leisure and endowment meet with virtuous Dharma. From childhood to youth, may one be ordained and may the discipline be completely pure. May one naturally understand all sutras, tantras, and pith instructions. May one become a vessel for outer Vinaya, inner Bodhicitta, and secret mantra, without attachment to anything, and may life and practice be equal. May there be no obstacles to practice. May one possess the signs of accomplishment such as clairvoyance and miraculous powers. May all sentient beings who see, hear, remember, and touch be able to transform appearances into sacred Dharma. May all connections of good and bad karma be able to lead to maturation and liberation. May the teachings and beings become glorious lamas, and may their activities be vast and their influence high. May fame and reputation spread throughout all realms of the world. At the time of death, may the remains become a collection of relics. Or, may one be liberated into a rainbow body of light. May the merit arising from these mature and pervade all sentient beings as vast as the sky. From the great Samantabhadra Vajradhara onwards, up to the kind root guru, whatever aspirations they have made for the benefit of beings, may all of these accomplish self and others. This aspiration prayer called "The Rainbow Body of Light, a Compilation of Aspirations for the Three States of This Life, Future Life, and Bardo" is composed by the tertön Jatsön Nyingpo. Auspicious!
