ས་སྐྱ་ནད་གྲོལ་མའི་སྨོན་ལམ། ས་སྐྱ་ནད་གྲོལ་མའི་སྨོན་ལམ། ༄༅། །ས་སྐྱ་ནད་གྲོལ་མའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བཞུགས་སོ། །གྲུབ་ཆེན་ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་ས་སྐྱ་ནད་གྲོལ་མར་གྲགས་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཅན་བཞུགས་སོ། །མ་ནམ་མཁའ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བླ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚོགས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །རང་སེམས་སྟོང་གསལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཞེས་ཅི་ནུས་དང་། སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་འདི་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་ལྔ་པ་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ཤེས་རབ་ལ་གནང་། དེས་གྲུབ་ཆེན་ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་གནང་ནས་འགྲོ་དོན་མཐའ་ཡས་པ་མཛད་དོ། །ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ། བརྒྱ་རྩ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བགྲང་མཐར། ལས་དང་གློ་བུར་རྐྱེན་ལས་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །གདོན་དང་ནད་དང་འབྱུང་པོའི་འཚེ་བ་སོགས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཡིད་མི་བདེ་བའི་ནད་རྣམས་ཀུན། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་སུ་འབྱུང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཇི་ལྟར་གཤེད་མས་འཁྲིད་པའི་གསད་བྱ་བཞིན། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ལ་ལུས་སེམས་འབྲལ་བྱེད་པའི། །སྲོག་འཕྲོག་ནད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་སུ་འབྱུང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །འཆི་བདག་གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཁ་ནང་ཚུད་པ་ལྟར། །ནད་ཀྱི་མིང་ཙམ་ཐོས་པས་སྐྲག་བྱེད་པའི། །ཉིན་གཅིག་པ་དང་རྟག་པའི་རིམས་སོགས་ཀྱིས། །ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་གནོད་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གནོད་པའི་བགེགས་རིགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་དང་། །གློ་བུར་ཡེ་འདྲོགས་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ་དང་། །བཞི་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བཞིའི་ནད་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡིས། །ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་འཚེ་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལུས་སེམས་བདེ་བ་མ་ལུས་འཕྲོག་བྱེད་པའི། །འབྱུང་གཞི་འཁྲུགས་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །མ་ལུས་ཞི་ཞིང་མདངས་སྟོབས་ལྡན་པ་དང་། །ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ལྡན་པར་ཤོག །བླ་མ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་དང་། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མའི་ནུས་མཐུ་དང་། །ལས་འབྲས་བསླུ་བ་མེད་པའི་བདེན་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས། །བསྔོ་བ་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་ཚད་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ནི་གདན་ས་ཆེན་པོ་དཔལ་ལྡན་ས་སྐྱར་ནད་རིམས་མི་གཅིག་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱུང་བར། སྔགས་བོན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མདོས་གཏོར་སྨན་སྔགས་སྲུང་བ་སོགས་གང་བསྒྲུབས་ཀྱང་མ་ཕན་པར་གདན་ས་སྟོང་ལ་ཐུག་པའི་སྐབས། རྗེ་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོས་མ་ནམ་མཁའ་མའི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་གྱིས། མ་ཎི་སྒྲོངས། སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་ཐོབ་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་

萨迦解脱疾病祈愿文。 萨迦解脱疾病祈愿文。 ༄༅། །萨迦解脱疾病祈愿文在此。大成就者唐东杰布的金刚语，名为萨迦解脱疾病的加持祈愿文在此。如母虚空般的众生，皈依上师、佛、如意宝！皈依佛、法、僧伽众！皈依上师、本尊、空行众！皈依自心空明法身！如是尽力而为。此皈依是圣观世音菩萨赐予第五法主贝觉喜饶的，他赐予大成就者唐东杰布，从而成办无边众生之事。嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽）。念诵百遍等至终了。由业和突发因缘所生的，鬼神和疾病以及作祟的侵害等，令众生不悦意的疾病等，愿不要在世间出现！如刽子手牵引的待杀者般，刹那间令身心分离的，夺命疾病的痛苦无论有多少，愿不要在世间出现！如死主阎罗口中含着一般，仅仅听到疾病的名字就恐惧的，一日发和常发的瘟疫等，愿不要损害有情众生！损害的魔障种类八万种，突发的邪祟三百六十种，以及四百零四种疾病等，愿不要损害有情众生！夺走身心一切安乐的，四大不调的痛苦无论有多少，愿全部平息，愿具足光彩和力量，愿长寿无病，具足安乐！上师三宝的慈悲和，空行护法守护者的能力，以及业果不虚的谛实力，愿所发愿和祈祷全部成办！此乃于大寺吉祥萨迦，出现各种不同的疾病瘟疫时，念咒者和苯教徒等，无论修何种祭祀、朵玛、药物、咒语、守护等都无利益，以致寺院面临空无之际，至尊大成就者开示说：念诵如母虚空般的皈依，念诵嘛呢，获得此祈愿文！

The Sakya Prayer for the Relief of Sickness. The Sakya Prayer for the Relief of Sickness. ༄༅། །Herein is the Sakya Prayer for the Relief of Sickness. The vajra words of the great accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo, the blessed prayer known as the Sakya Prayer for the Relief of Sickness, are present. May all sentient beings, as vast as space, take refuge in the precious Lama Buddha! May they take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha! May they take refuge in the assembly of Lamas, Yidams, and Dakinis! May they take refuge in the empty and clear Dharmakaya of their own mind! As much as possible, recite this. This refuge was given by the noble Avalokiteshvara to the Fifth Dharma Lord, Paljor Sherab. He gave it to the great accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo, who then performed limitless deeds for beings. Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽). After reciting a hundred times or more, may all diseases that cause unhappiness to sentient beings, such as harms from spirits, sicknesses, and elemental disturbances, arising from karma and sudden circumstances, not occur in this world! Like a condemned person led by an executioner, may all the suffering of life-threatening diseases that separate body and mind in an instant not occur in this world! Like being caught in the mouth of the Lord of Death, Yama, may all the one-day fevers and constant epidemics that cause fear at the mere mention of their names not harm all living beings! May the eighty thousand types of harmful obstructors, the three hundred and sixty sudden evil omens, and the four hundred and four diseases, etc., not harm all living beings! May all the suffering of imbalances in the elements that rob body and mind of all happiness be completely pacified, and may all beings possess radiance and strength, and may they have long lives, freedom from disease, and happiness! By the compassion of the Lama and the Three Jewels, the power of the Dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, and the truth of the unfailing law of karma, may all aspirations and prayers be fulfilled! This was composed when various unprecedented diseases and epidemics occurred at the great monastic seat of glorious Sakya. Although mantra practitioners and Bonpos performed rituals, tormas, medicines, mantras, protections, etc., none were effective, and the monastery was on the verge of becoming empty. At that time, the venerable great accomplished one instructed: "Take refuge like a mother in space, recite the Mani, and obtain this prayer!"
