漂泊之时，于离弃惊恐畏惧之光明道上，祈请寂怒本尊众指引道路，祈请法界自在空行众从后护佑，从中有怖畏之险隘中救脱，运送至圆满正等觉佛陀之地。 嗟！虚空之界不成为敌，愿能得见蓝色佛之净土。水之界不成为敌，愿能得见白色佛之净土。地之界不成为敌，愿能得见黄色佛之净土。火之界不成为敌，愿能得见红色佛之净土。风之界不成为敌，愿能得见绿色佛之净土。彩虹之界不成为敌，愿能得见杂色佛之净土。声音光明光芒三者不成为敌，愿能得见寂怒浩瀚之净土。所有声音皆能知晓为自声，所有光明皆能知晓为自光，所有光芒皆能知晓为自光芒，愿中阴自面自能知晓，愿三身净土现前。 此为中阴险隘度脱之祈愿文，邬金之堪布莲花生所造，于轮回未空之间永不完结。 芒嘎朗（吉祥）！ 中阴险隘度脱之祈愿文。

When wandering, on the path of light free from fear and terror, may the assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities lead the way, may the assembly of space-faring dakinis support from behind, may they liberate from the terrifying straits of the bardo, and transport to the land of the perfectly complete Buddha. Alas! May the element of space not rise as an enemy, and may I see the pure land of the blue Buddha. May the element of water not rise as an enemy, and may I see the pure land of the white Buddha. May the element of earth not rise as an enemy, and may I see the pure land of the yellow Buddha. May the element of fire not rise as an enemy, and may I see the pure land of the red Buddha. May the element of wind not rise as an enemy, and may I see the pure land of the green Buddha. May the element of rainbow not rise as an enemy, and may I see the pure land of the multi-colored Buddha. May the three, sound, light, and rays, not rise as enemies, and may I see the vast pure land of the peaceful and wrathful ones. May all sounds be known as my own sound, may all lights be known as my own light, may all rays be known as my own rays, may I know the bardo's own face by myself, may the three kayas' pure lands become manifest. This is the prayer for crossing the straits of the bardo, composed by the Ugyen master Padmasambhava, may it not be exhausted until samsara is empty. Mangalam!
