May there be no dimness of appearance, With the mindfulness of transferring to another realm, May there be no suffering of body and mind separation. When the appearance of this life fades, May rainbow light umbrellas and flower rain fall, Offering with musical melodies and songs, May heroes and dakinis welcome from the front. At that time, may mindfulness not waver, the generation stage be clear, May the essence of the completion stage meditation be realized, Manifesting as the Sambhogakaya of Vajradhara, May I enter the correct path without error. If, due to karma, I fall into samsara, May the hell realms become pleasing palaces, May the hell guardians also appear as empty deity forms, May the suffering of uninterrupted hell appear as bliss. May the vidyadhara lamas support from all around, May the yidam deities protect life from behind, May the Dharma protectors and guardians assist from the outside, May the dakinis of the three places welcome from the front. In the palace adorned with lotus light, In the Copper-Colored Mountain of Oddiyana in the west, In that supreme place where the vidyadhara lamas reside, May I be born miraculously from the lotus womb. As soon as I am born, may I recognize the prince Padmasambhava, Seeing his face directly, and knowing it to be true, With intense, unfeigned devotion, May I continuously practice meditation without separation. At that time, Padmasambhava, the vidyadhara, And the assembly of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, vidyadharas, and dakinis, May I become a son of the Buddhas, May I hold aloft the unfading banner of the teachings. May all sentient beings of the three realms of samsara, Be quickly liberated from the great river of suffering, Able to lead to the island of liberation and bliss, May I become an omniscient guide.
