德谢钦瑞。 德谢钦瑞。 顶礼！德谢钦瑞是： 嗡（藏文：ཨོྃ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）！三世善逝诸佛及眷属，所有金刚誓言者请垂听！首先发起殊胜菩提心，为了成就修行之持明者菩提果位，为了成就身语意之金刚，与本尊神和金刚上师，领受无数秘密誓言之后，不应违背誓言和教令，因业力和因缘将堕入地狱。因贪嗔痴慢嫉妒等烦恼而犯错，对金刚上师、教法之明灯，从内心诋毁并违背誓言，以及对同一誓言的金刚兄弟们，生起恶念邪见等，身之誓言违犯，我忏悔！本尊神之手印不清晰，咒语之念诵数量不足，六时事业供养之差别，未行念诵修持圆满之仪轨，未如教奉行，未如经典般获得成就，语之誓言违犯，我忏悔！金刚上师慈悲之恩德，通过耳根传入心中，给予意之诀窍而诽谤誓言，超越秘密之语而胡言乱语等，意之誓言违犯，我忏悔！未能证悟诸法平等性，支分誓言违犯，我忏悔！因懒惰懈怠，受睡眠控制，念诵修持誓言违犯，我忏悔！身语意之所修已过，身语意之誓言违犯，我忏悔！于至尊上师们面前，供养资具财物微薄，我忏悔！于本尊坛城众面前，未行证悟断证，我忏悔！于空行母四部众面前，违背承诺誓言，我忏悔！于护法神众面前，拖延食子供养年月，我忏悔！于三世父母众面前，未能报答恩情，我忏悔！于道友兄弟姐妹们面前，誓言关爱微薄，我忏悔！于六道众生面前，慈悲利他之心微薄，我忏悔！别解脱

Confession of the Sugatas. Confession of the Sugatas. Homage! The Confession of the Sugatas is: Oṃ! Sugatas, victorious ones of the three times, together with your retinue, all Vajra Samaya holders, please listen! First, generating the supreme Bodhicitta, in order to attain the state of enlightenment of the Vidyadhara who practices, in order to accomplish the Vajra of body, speech, and mind, with the Yidam deity and the Vajra master, having taken countless secret vows, one should not transgress the vows and commands, otherwise, one will be born in hell due to karma and conditions. Having erred due to attachment, hatred, ignorance, pride, and jealousy, etc., towards the Vajra master, the lamp of the teachings, from the heart, disparaging and breaking the vows, and towards the Vajra brothers and sisters who share the same vows, generating evil thoughts and wrong views, etc., violations of the body's vows, I confess! The mudras of the Yidam deity are not clear, the recitation of mantras is less than the number, the distinction of the six-times-a-day activity offering, not having performed the rituals of recitation, practice, and fulfillment, not having acted according to the command, not having achieved accomplishment according to the scriptures, violations of the speech's vows, I confess! The kindness of the compassionate Vajra master, through the ear canal, placed in the center of the mind, giving the mind's instructions and defaming the vows, transgressing the secret words and speaking carelessly, etc., violations of the mind's vows, I confess! Not having realized that all dharmas are of equal nature, violations of the branch vows, I confess! Due to laziness, idleness, and being under the control of sleep, violations of the recitation and practice vows, I confess! The objects of practice of body, speech, and mind have passed, violations of the body, speech, and mind vows, I confess! In the presence of the venerable lamas, the offerings of resources and wealth are meager, I confess! In the presence of the Yidam deity assembly, not having practiced realization and abandonment, I confess! In the presence of the four classes of Dakinis, breaking the promises and vows, I confess! In the presence of the Dharma protectors and guardians, delaying the Torma offerings for years and months, I confess! In the presence of the parents of the three times, not having repaid the kindness, I confess! In the presence of the Dharma brothers and sisters, the vows of affection are meager, I confess! In the presence of the six classes of sentient beings, the compassion and altruistic mind are meager, I confess! Individual liberation

比丘尼的戒律和，菩萨众的学处和，持明咒的誓言等等，违背和破损的一切都忏悔。（我）不隐瞒，不隐藏，以后守持戒律。对三时积聚的罪障作忏悔后，请清净（我），并赐予身语意等，殊胜和共同的成就。如是等念诵百字明并作忏悔。 如来总忏。

The vows of the Bhikshunis and, the trainings of the Bodhisattvas and, the samayas of the Vidyadhara Mantras, etc., all that is transgressed and broken, I confess. I do not conceal, I do not hide, henceforth I will keep the vows. After confessing the sins and obscurations accumulated in the three times, please purify (me), and grant the supreme and common siddhis of body, speech, and mind, etc. Thus, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and make confession.
