Here, I wish to briefly practice the sequence of fulfilling the heart commitment, confessing transgressions, and offering torma to the assembly of the Ocean of Three Roots Dharma Protectors. Arrange whatever offerings are available and recite: OM SHRI VAJRA HERUKA RURU RURU HUM BHYOH HUM PHAT! From the heart of myself, the Great Powerful One, RAM, YAM, KHAM! Radiate light, burning, scattering, and washing away the faults of the offerings. May the clouds of nectar, inseparable from Samaya and Wisdom, transform into an inexhaustible wheel of treasures in the sky. RAM, YAM, KHAM! OM AH HUM! Recite three times. HUM SHRIH! From the wisdom of the luminous Dharmakaya essence, the unobstructed manifestation of the Three Roots Deities, in the form of compassionate and tamed emanations, please arise to bestow blessings and accomplishments! HUM BHYOH! The ground is primordially liberated, EKAJA! The ground appearance is the essence of wisdom, MANING NAG! Absorbing attachment, the power of the indivisible wisdom bindu, the wind and mind dissolve into the central channel, Rahula! The eight consciousnesses self-liberate, the charnel ground goddesses, the bliss-emptiness illusion, the five sisters of long life, and the assembly of Dharma Protectors born from wisdom, please descend here from your natural abode! OM AH HUM GURU DEVA DAKINI SARVA DHARMA PALA VAJRA SAMAYA DZA DZA! Reside in this spontaneously accomplished charnel ground of play, I prostrate with great reverence in body, speech, and mind. After the grasped and the grasper dissolve into the Dharmadhatu, may whatever arises be the source of the play of bliss and emptiness. In the pure vessel and essence of the Vajra City, may the outer, inner, and secret offerings be arranged like clouds, may the essence of blood and nectar be arranged like an ocean, may the unpolluted nectar torma be piled like a mountain, and may the conducive offerings be arranged like stars. I pray that this fulfills the heart commitment of the Vidyadhara root and lineage Lamas, fulfills the heart commitment of the peaceful and wrathful deities, fulfills the heart commitment of the heroes and heroines of the three places, fulfills the heart commitment of the mantra protector Ekajati, fulfills the heart commitment of the glorious Gonpo Maning Nagpo, fulfills the heart commitment of the noble Vajra Sadhu, fulfills the heart commitment of the Drangsong Kha

Recite this three or seven times, offering generally to the Three Roots and Dharma Protectors. Specifically, for each: Māma trakṣa eka jaṭī idaṃ balata pūja hoḥ kharaṃ khāhi (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). Having taken this offering cake of uncontaminated nectar, May you pacify temporary sickness, evil spirits, and the eight fears, And bestow the wisdom of life, merit, wealth, and the ten powers. Subdue the three realms, wind, mind, and appearances, Liberate grasping and the grasped, enemies and obstructors, into the space of the central channel. May the teaching and practice of the clear light Vajra Essence, And the life and activities of the upholders of the teachings increase. May all beings be joined with the glory of benefit and happiness. Ultimately, may we join the nature of primordial purity, awareness, and emptiness, Joining the wisdom of the spontaneously present four visions, In the city of the rainbow body of union, May you accomplish the activity of liberating the three realms into bodies of light. Thus, praise and entrust the activity. Confess faults with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. If there is a support (statue), request it to remain; if not, dismiss the guests of the torma offering. Dedicate the merit and make aspirations.
