《吉祥长寿五姊妹供赞》 这是《吉祥长寿五姊妹供赞》的简易版。 以自身为本尊的自豪感，念诵三遍嗡、阿、吽，加持朵玛使其成为如意宝。 从自己的心间发出光芒，迎请吉祥天母至尊（藏文：བཀྲ་ཤིས་མཐོན་མཐིང་རྒྱལ་མོ་，含义：吉祥至尊蓝天女）以及长寿五姊妹眷属。念诵：嗡 班杂 萨玛扎（Om Vajra Samaja）。如果有唐卡等所依，观想其与本尊无二无别。念诵：芒 阿 阿 仓 丹（Mam Am Am Tsam Tam）。班杂 达吉 萨巴热瓦ra 伊当 巴林达 卡卡卡嘿 卡嘿（Panca Dakini Sapariwara Idam Balingta Kha Kha Kha He Kha Hi）。念诵三遍，并以五芒供养。以班杂 达吉尼 阿尔刚（Panca Dakini Argham）等作外供，以三字明作内供。展示三昧耶印。祈请：至尊吉祥长寿五姊妹及其眷属，空行母狮面空行，莲花生大师，自在笑金刚等传承上师，不违背诸上师的教令和誓言，为了瑜伽士我等眷属的寿命和权势，为了种姓繁衍，为了利益佛教和众生，赐予成就。敲击金刚铃或磬等法器，以神通力等赞颂，念诵《金刚心经》，敲击铃杵，祈请药师佛母及其眷属，从供养布施朵玛等，直至一切成就。如果没有所依，仅以朵玛供养即可。 这个简短易行的仪轨，由无二阿瓦达提（梵文：Avadhuti，义：无二）桑杰彭措（藏文：སངས་རྒྱས་ཕུན་ཚོགས，含义：圆满佛）校正。应德格赤托巴（藏文：སྡེ་དགེ་ཁྲི་ཐོག་པ་）桑杰丹巴（藏文：སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ，含义：佛教）之请，于查拉桑珠宗（藏文：ལྕགས་ར་བསམ་འགྲུབ་རྫོང）手书。 愿一切吉祥！愿一切顺利！

A Torma Offering to the Five Sisters of Auspicious Long Life This is an easily carried version of the Torma Offering to the Five Sisters of Auspicious Long Life. With the pride of oneself as any chosen deity, bless the torma into a wish-fulfilling gem by reciting Om Ah Hum three times. As light radiates from your heart, invite Jomo Tashi Thonthing Gyalmo (Tibetan: བཀྲ་ཤིས་མཐོན་མཐིང་རྒྱལ་མོ་, Meaning: Auspicious Supreme Blue Queen) and the Five Sisters of Long Life with their retinue. Recite: Om Vajra Samaja. If there is a support such as a painted scroll, visualize it as inseparable from the deity. Recite: Mam Am Am Tsam Tam. Panca Dakini Sapariwara Idam Balingta Kha Kha Kha He Kha Hi. Offer with the five Mams three times. Offer outer offerings with Panca Dakini Argham, etc., and inner offerings with the three seed syllables. Show the samaya mudra. Pray: Jomo Tashi Tseringma and her retinue, the Lion-faced Dakini, Guru Padmasambhava, Wangchuk Shepai Dorje (Tibetan: དབང་ཕྱུག་བཞད་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་, Meaning: Powerful Laughing Vajra), and all the glorious root and lineage lamas, without transgressing the commands and vows of the lamas, grant the accomplishment of protecting the life and power of us yogis and our retinues, of increasing our lineage, and of benefiting Buddhism and sentient beings. Strike the vajra bell or ting-shak cymbals, and praise with miraculous powers, recite the Vajra Heart Sutra, strike the bell and vajra, and pray to the Medicine Buddha Mother and her retinue, from the offering of tormas, etc., until all is accomplished. If there is no support, it is sufficient to offer the torma without specifying a guest. This short and easy-to-carry ritual was proofread by the non-dual Avadhuti Sangye Puntsok (Tibetan: སངས་རྒྱས་ཕུན་ཚོགས, Meaning: Perfect Buddha). At the request of Dege Tritokpa Sangye Tenpa (Tibetan: སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ, Meaning: Buddha's Teachings), it was handwritten at Chakra Samdrub Dzong. May all be auspicious!
