Collection of Instructions by Sangye Puntsok SP13: Essential Hints for Yoginis Essential Hints for Yoginis Essential Hints for Yoginis. Notes for Yoginis, spoken by the accomplished scholar Könnu Sengé (གཞོན་ནུ་སེང་གེ་), a direct disciple of Vajradhara (རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་), and recorded by Namkha Chözang Pal (ནམ་མཁའ་ཆོས་བཟང་དཔལ་). With favorable conditions gathered and in a secluded place, possessing the conduct of meditation. Refuge: Lama Vajra Dharmakāya (རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་), the Buddha Jewel (སངས་རྒྱས་དཀོན་མཆོག) such as the Five Buddhas; the Dharma Jewel (ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག) which gathers the mind-stream with learning and realization; the Sangha Jewel (དགེ་འདུན་དཀོན་མཆོག) residing in the bodhisattvas and wrathful deities such as the aggregates, elements, and sources. The visualization of refuge and bodhicitta is one category, the common hundred-syllable mantra mandala and Lama Yoga are one category. First, visualize the previous refuge object on your own crown, and from its heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the lineage lamas, and contemplate them dissolving into it. With one-pointed mind, take refuge in the essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the glorious and holy lamas. Pray as much as possible, and offer the mandala as much as possible. Visualize the three syllables in the three places and receive the four empowerments. The lama dissolves into oneself. In one's own heart, at the center of the double-layered Dharma source, is 'വം' (藏文,vam,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,seed syllable of water element). At the six chakras, there is one swirling joy each. Second, the main practice is divided into the cause of the generation stage and the result of the completion stage. First, the generation stage is divided into three: Gradually clarifying the visualization, training in pride, and holding the mind. First, the 'വം' (藏文,vam,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,seed syllable of water element) syllable in the Dharma source of the heart, like being blown upon, gradually increases in size, eventually becoming vast and expansive. This is the same meaning as explaining 'svabhāva' (自性空) in other tantras. Within it, one's own consciousness, transformed into the 'വം' (藏文,vam,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,seed syllable of water element) syllable, then transforms into a lotus and moon disc. Without ornaments, with ornaments. Every seven days, expand the visualization. In the stage of the completion stage, Jetsun's (རྗེ་བཙུན་) guiding text says to visualize a bindu of the nature of space in the center, but this is a hidden instruction, a secret instruction for generating heat, so visualize fire and wind in the center. Close the breath, hold the mala with the left hand, and ring the bell with the right. These should be practiced for at least seven days. If visualizing a bindu, then abandon the visualization of 'གེ' (藏文,gei,梵文天城体:गे,梵文罗马拟音:ge,seed syllable of earth element), and visualize 'ཧཾ་' (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,seed syllable of space element), 'ཀྵྱཾ་' (藏文,梵文天城体:क्षं,梵文罗马拟音:kṣaṃ,seed syllable of alaya-vijñana) etc., performing one round of burning and dripping visualization each. When showing it to others, at the beginning of each visualization session, perform the refuge, bodhicitta, and the main visualization. Afterward, dedicate the root of virtue and perform the conduct of the yogini's pride. Once accustomed, complete all the visualizations in one session. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes. The mixture of three types of calamus, Acorus calamus, and sweet flag is called 'spod'. Three 'bre' of bell-shaped container, three 'bre' of unroasted green barley flour, One 'bre' of beans, half 'bre' of wheat, one 'phul' of mustard seeds, one 'phul' of rice flour. Grind carefully and filter through a fine mesh. Its virtues are beyond words. In the teachings of the assembly practitioner, 'Equal Essence Banner' (name of a master) recorded: 'Slightly drawing in the lower breath, the lower door's breath does not ignite the tri-junction, therefore the 'ཨཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable) at the navel also blazes. This fire, from the subtle central channel, because the undivided single channel is the nature of water, it does not divide. The right Roma channel is the nature of fire and has great power. The so-called 'stiffness' refers to making the grasping and the grasped thoughts, along with their habitual tendencies, stiff, separated, and fearful.' It is said that even Buddhahood is attained in this way. The oral instructions of the Lord of Yoga, the common attainments: the ten great and eight minor accomplishments are: Accomplishing longevity, Vajra drinking water, and essence extraction. Imperishable bindu, turning the navel wheel, and wind essence, averting death, and magnetizing this bliss-generating, magnetizing the two, disease liberation, demon liberation, and wealth accomplishment, observing future lives. The eight minor accomplishments are: guarding constellations and, guarding obstacles. Swimmer's instructions, ten obscurations clear, purity clear, and heart wind clear, unprecedented fierce fire increasing warmth, and observing signs of good and non-good. This is the common advice of the hidden path instructions. This passage is also from the notes of a yogini, spoken by the Dharma-speaking monk Sangye Phuntsok. May all be auspicious! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
