I prostrate and take refuge in the venerable and holy Lamas! Please hold me with great compassion! Master of the Three Kayas, guide, treasure of wisdom and compassion. In this age of five degenerations, for the sake of taming ordinary beings, the virtuous spiritual friends who perform deeds, I remember your kindness, may you protect me until enlightenment! Here, there are profound and extensive ceremonies for offering to the glorious Lama, such as the Profound Path Lama Offering, the Path-Fruit Hand Seal Offering, and the Chakrasamvara Lama Offering, among many other excellent texts. However, due to the difficulty of retaining the multitude of words in mind, here I will express a condensed essence. In general, prepare the common and uncommon supports, as well as abundant offerings such as water, incense, lamps, and tormas. If you have a thirty-seven-pile mandala plate made of gold or copper, use it directly; if not, arrange a collection of flowers. In front of yourself, prepare vajra, bell, and other instruments, and accumulate a large number of mandalas. The merits of these will be explained below. First, bless the place, bless the offerings, take refuge, and generate bodhicitta, as described in the Hevajra. 1-189 Lama Generation Practice: Visualize the root Lama, who has shown the greatest kindness to you, as the chief, along with all the Lamas with whom you have a Dharma connection, embodying all refuge objects, appearing in the sky in front of you as Hevajra and his consort. In the mandala of the clear light of the Dharmadhatu, (recite) from the syllable 'So' to 'May the assembly of wealth deities dwell in joy.' Then, if possible, recite the verse 'The Root of All Perfection,' or at least one line, such as 'The guiding supreme Lama, the essence of all guides.' And recite as much as possible the praise of the root Lama, 'The gathering of all refuge objects, Lama Rinpoche,' etc. If you know the lineage prayer, recite it; if not, reciting the above is sufficient. Purify and bless the offerings. If offering four types of water, offer foot-washing water, etc.; if offering two types of water, offer offering water and bathing water, etc. Recite the mantra 'Om Sarva Vid Pūra (藏文，梵文天城体，sarva vid pūra，梵文罗马拟音，sarva vid pura，一切 知 充满)' etc. Offer the seven royal emblems with 'Tathagata' etc., and the five desirable qualities with 'beautiful colors and shapes' etc. Then, offer the mandala. In this life, I am certain to be reborn in hell swiftly, yet I do not regret accumulating many evil deeds. I seek refuge in myself, who am shameless and full of sin. Recite this three times. Contemplate taking the vows of refuge and generating Bodhicitta, reciting 'I take refuge in the Three Jewels' etc. three times. Then, if possible, begin with 'From beginningless time' and continue until 'May it be accomplished as wished.' If that much is not possible, begin with 'However many' and continue until 'Dedicate for the sake of complete enlightenment.' If even that is not possible, recite one verse such as 'I prostrate.' Then, abandon attachment: begin with 'Attachment is the basis for the arising of all faults' and continue until 'May I accomplish Bodhicitta and attain Buddhahood.' Then pray to the ten directions and three times, and receive empowerment and accomplishments: begin with 'Those who dwell around the supreme and venerable Guru' and continue until 'Transformed into the Dharmakaya.' Dissolve the Guru-Father and Mother into yourself, and abide in the state of reality as much as possible. Recite 'The Guru who is the embodiment of all Buddhas' etc., as well as 'Hearing like the ocean,' 'In all lifetimes,' 'Victory Banner Peak,' etc., whatever you know. This text is about the Guru Puja ritual. Although there are many good rituals, at the request of Lama Rinpoche Sangye Tenpa, a short ritual that is easy to carry is needed. Therefore, this ritual was compiled by Jawaral. The supreme method for attaining Buddhahood depends on realizing the innate nature of mind.
