施身法简轨。 施身法简轨。 ༄༅། །施身法简轨 ཞུགས་སོ（为）！ ༄༅། །ཕཊ （藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸）！ ན་མོ（藏文，梵文天城体：नमः，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ，汉语字面意思：敬礼）！ 皈敬自明法身之上师，以自识而皈依。为令众生安住大乐位，发起菩提之心。ཕཊ （藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸）！ 以无我之觉受瑜伽母，诛杀我执之尸骸，其形为具精华百味食，其性成无漏之甘露。ཕཊ （藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸）！ 供养境诸佛菩萨众，遍布虚空安住者，以此无漏甘露作供养，圆满资粮二障得清净，愿此生证得大乐法身，获得稳固不退转之加持。ཕཊ （藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸）！ 布施境六道慈悲之宾客，充满大地之所有，此如意显现之幻身，以无执随意布施之善根，偿还宿债清净诸业障，一切皆得安乐离痛苦，恒常不离安乐，愿证诸法平等性。ཕཊ （藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸）！ 尤其串习恶心之，于他众作害之诸鬼神，以此我之血肉骨骸，令其满足断除损害心，以利他之清净意乐，无上菩提胜妙心，于今生即能生起，愿能成办无边众生之利益。ཕཊ （藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸）！ 供养布施之境及供养布施之，作者一切自性，以此空性之无上善，回向如幻之众生。愿众生安住如幻之觉受，以慈悲之心皆得解脱。此乃于大权贵者之前，由具慧之邬金贡布之所请，比丘扎西班所说，善哉！ 善哉！ 施身法简轨。

Concise Offering of the Body. Concise Offering of the Body. ༄༅།། The Concise Offering of the Body. ༄༅།། PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸)! NAMO (藏文，梵文天城体：नमः，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ，汉语字面意思：敬礼)! I take refuge in the Lama, the Dharmakaya of self-awareness, through recognizing my own nature. In order to establish all beings in the state of the Great Mother, I generate the mind of enlightenment. PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸)! The corpse of self-grasping, slain by the Yogini of non-self-awareness, its form becomes food of a hundred flavors, rich in essence, its nature transforms into uncontaminated nectar. PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸)! By offering this uncontaminated nectar to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the objects of offering, who dwell pervading the expanse of space, may the accumulations be perfected and the two obscurations be purified. In this life, may I be blessed to attain the Dharmakaya of the Great Mother and secure the state of permanence. PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸)! To the guests of compassion, the recipients of generosity, the six realms, who fill the entirety of the earth, by the merit of giving away this illusory body that appears as desired, without attachment and as wished, may debts be repaid, karmic debts be purified, and all beings be endowed with happiness and free from suffering. May they never be separated from happiness and may they realize the equality of all dharmas. PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸)! Especially those beings who are accustomed to malice and harm others, may they be satisfied with this flesh, blood, and bones of mine, abandon their harmful intentions, and with the pure intention to benefit others, may they generate the supreme mind of unsurpassed enlightenment today, and may they accomplish the boundless benefit of beings. PHAṬ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸)! May this unsurpassed virtue of emptiness, the nature of all objects of offering and generosity, and all agents of offering and generosity, be dedicated to beings who are like illusions. May all beings abide in the realization of illusion and be completely liberated through loving-kindness. This was spoken by the monk Zhänphän at the request of the intelligent Orgyän Gönpo, born from the lineage of the great noble's attendant. May it be virtuous! May it be virtuous!
