Thank you! ༈ In this land of Great Tibet, the Land of Snows, due to the aspirations and activities of the three emanations, Khenpo, Acharya, and Dharma King, ripening in time, in general, the scriptures and commentaries of the Buddhas, and in particular, from places such as the realm of Orgyen Khakdro, countless outer and inner secret mantra tantras were invited to the cool land of snow. Emanated translators, panditas, and assemblies of accomplished masters translated, revised, and definitively established them in the Tibetan language. The great master of Orgyen, Guru Padmasambhava, traversed the entire land of Tibet with his feet. In order to heal the decline of the environment and beings of Tibet in later generations, he concealed immeasurable teachings, represented by the three, Guru, Dzogchen, and Thuk, as treasures, and sealed them with aspirations and prayers. Just as the initial twenty-five king and subjects, the first of the hundred accomplished ones of the Land of Snows, and their emanations and further emanations, etc., were prophesied one by one regarding the names, places, times, necessities, etc., of the treasure revealers, later, the emanation treasure revealers appeared in succession, and from their respective treasure places, they invited countless sadhanas of the three roots mandala, and the supporting teachings of these sadhanas—the stages of generation, completion, and Great Perfection—awakening fortunate and destined ones in the three doors to the essence of the three vajras, and so forth, the profound and secret instructions in stages. Each treasure teaching of each treasure revealer possesses the complete and unerring path of liberation, the blessing of the Nine Vehicle Vidyadhara lineage, the warmth of the near lineage not yet faded, the pool of siddhis of the immeasurable assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities of the mandala of the Victorious Ones not yet dried up, the root of the activities of the heroes and dakinis of the three places, the Dharma protectors, and the oath-bound ones not yet diminished, and for the fortunate disciples who have pure aspirations, as their share, the manifestation of the inexhaustible great treasure teachings is constantly arising and continuing to arise. Among these, the great chariot of the five treasuries, rare to appear in the three times, the emanation play of the great translator Vairochana, Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye, having gathered together most of the profound treasures that appeared from the very first treasure revealer, Sangye Lingpa, up to Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, formed the Dharma called "The Great Treasury of Precious Treasures."

A great assembly hall was newly built. The empowerment of maturation, the guidance of liberation, and the lineage with the support of transmissions were continued. The general Buddhist teachings and the profound early translation treasure teachings were established from their foundations. The heart sons and disciples made them flourish and expand. As the lord of the practice lineage teachings, Palpung Situ Pema Wangchuk Gyalpo newly created the woodblock print of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures at Palpung Monastery. Similarly, the crown jewel of accomplished vidyadharas, His Holiness the Gyalwa Karmapa, Kunsang Khyenkhyab Rangjung Dewei Dorje, newly built the woodblock print of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures at Tsurphu Monastery. In addition, he compiled the necessary supplements and introductions for the practice of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures' ripening and liberation empowerment from the presence of that master, concisely and clearly, and newly created a scripture called "The Wish-Fulfilling Treasure Vase," which corresponds to the number of the Four Noble Truths. Most Nyingma vidyadharas have been granting the ripening and liberation of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures through this manuscript of practice, so it is certain that this holy being is a great being who has been extremely kind to the teachings of the Nyingma treasure tradition. In short, the lineage of the Five Great Treasures was propagated by the heart sons and disciples through empowerments, transmissions, and scriptural examples, and will never decline even in the distant future. Later, Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and Kyabje Penor Rinpoche re-published the Tsurphu edition based on the Karma edition. More recently, under the guidance of Kyabje Rabjam Rinpoche, a computerized edition of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures was produced. Although some scriptural examples of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures still exist, according to the aspiration of Kyabje Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, the activities of the holy beings have spread throughout the world, and the heavy burden of scriptures cannot be carried on airplanes and other means of transportation between islands, and many old features such as dusty libraries and ink-paper scriptures will be replaced by dust-free information.
