As we have moved into the vast network of wisdom's illusions, an era where we can freely enjoy the wondrous interdependent electric stage, there is a pressing need for a new way of reading that connects the ancient and modern. Therefore, I have opened the Tartha Web Library. Based on the precious Kangyur (Words of the Buddha) and the Tengyur (Commentaries on the Buddha's Teachings) composed by Indian scholars and masters, we are gradually incorporating the collected works of the scholars and masters of the eight major lineages of Tibet—Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma—into the web library, in both original Tibetan script, master copies, printed editions, and computer fonts. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö (Great Treasury of Precious Termas), belonging to the profound terma (treasure) section of the three great collections of teachings—Kama, Terma, and Dagnang—of the ancient Nyingma school, have been included in the Tartha Web Library. Among the many original copies of the Rinchen Terdzö, we are presenting here the later Dege edition of the Rinchen Terdzö, along with the unprecedented feature of being able to view it simultaneously with computer fonts, to a wide audience. In this large-scale project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman who provided actual assistance, and the foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong, have made tireless efforts. In addition, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have directly or indirectly provided care and support for this project, and especially to Lama Tsewang Rinpoche, the director of the Zla-snang Library, for providing the Dege edition of the Rinchen Terdzö in scanned PDF format, which enabled the entire Rinchen Terdzö project to be completed successfully. May the accumulation of pure virtuous deeds performed in this way, filled with immeasurable merit, be like the exquisite garments of the gods.

May the soil of the hearts of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, arising from the excellent seeds of renunciation, bodhicitta, and the correct view, meditation, and conduct, fully ripen. May it bear the heavy burden of the fruit of the complete accumulation of the two great collections, and may the fragrance of benefit and happiness nourish all beings with temporary and ultimate benefit and supreme bliss.
