Since we have entered the realm of the great web of wisdom's illusion, this is an era where we can freely enjoy the wondrous interdependent electric stage. Therefore, in order to adapt to new reading methods that combine the ancient and modern, I have opened the Tartha Network Library. Based on the precious Kangyur (Words of the Buddha) and the Tengyur (Treatises), which are the commentaries on the Buddha's words written by the scholars and masters of the holy land of India, the writings of the scholars and masters of the eight major practice lineages of Tibet, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kadam, and Nyingma schools, are being successively entered into the network library in both original Tibetan, mother copy, printed copy, and computer fonts. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö (Great Treasury of Precious Termas), which belongs to the profound terma (treasure) section of the three great collections of Dharma of the ancient Nyingma school, namely Kama, Terma, and Dagnang, have been included in the Tartha Network Library. Among the many original copies of the Rinchen Terdzö, here we present the Rinchen Terdzö, which was later kept in the Derge Printing House, and a version with the unprecedented feature of being able to view computer fonts simultaneously, and present it to the vast audience. In this large project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman who actually provided assistance, and the foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong, have made unremitting efforts. In addition, we would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all those who have directly or indirectly cared for and supported this project, especially Lama Tshewang Rinpoche, the director of the Moonlight Library, for providing the Derge Printing House mother copy of the Rinchen Terdzö in scanned PDF format, which enabled the entire Rinchen Terdzö project to be completed successfully. The accumulation of pure virtuous deeds performed in this way is like a silken celestial garment filled with immeasurable merit.

我以崭新的方式美化，这年轻的供养烟祭令人极度陶醉。祈愿安住于法界的浩瀚三根本诸神众，特别是早期翻译派持明传承的胜者们的加持甘露如雨般从四面八方降临，无边众生的心之大地得以滋润，从出离心和菩提心的正确见修行之善妙种子中生出的慈悲和智慧的嫩芽得以茁壮成长，并结出圆满二资粮的伟大果实，以利益安乐的芬芳，使众生暂时和究竟都能得到利益和殊胜安乐的滋养。这是由Tārtha网络图书馆负责人佐钦丹增南达于公元 年8月15日所写。

May this newly beautified offering smoke puja, which intoxicates the youth, cause the blessings of the vast assembly of the Three Roots abiding in the expanse of reality, and especially the nectar rain of blessings from the victorious ones of the Early Translation Vidyadhara lineage, to pour down from all directions. May the minds of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, arising from the good seeds of renunciation and bodhicitta's correct view, meditation, and conduct, fully ripen. May they be heavy with the burden of the great fruit of perfecting the two accumulations, and may the fragrance of benefit and happiness nourish all beings with temporary and ultimate benefit and supreme bliss.
