The practice of the Padma Dakini, a profound method for the empowerment activities from the Seven Profound Teachings, the Three Roots, and the Profound Teachings on Longevity. By Chokgyur Lingpa. From the Seven Profound Teachings, the Three Roots, and the Profound Teachings on Longevity: The Practice of the Padma Dakini for Empowerment Activities. I, Padma, respectfully bow to the Mother of the Conquerors. For the benefit of future holders of the teachings, I will explain the practice of the Padma Dakini for empowerment activities. First, in a secluded place, on red earth with sharp mountain peaks, draw a mandala with a semi-circular shape, complete with doors in the center. Draw a lotus, vajra, and a fire fence. In the center, draw an eight-petaled lotus, complete with a central hub, adorned with red lotus hooks. In a manjika container, fill a copper vase with chang (barley beer) and the three substances of empowerment. Add the twenty-five common substances and the five amritas. Adorn it with a neck cord, a sewa fruit as a mouth ornament, peacock feathers, and red flowers. The torma (offering cake) made from various foods soaked in chang should be offered from the hands of a beautiful maiden. Adorn it with red butter flowers shaped like hooks. Apply fragrant paste to the body, about a cubit in length. Create eight identical images of oneself, adorned with red silk umbrellas. Furthermore, transform the necessary materials through wisdom, and arrange all the outer, inner, and secret offerings. Adorn oneself with red ornaments, garlands, and clothing. In the sky in front, visualize all the Buddhas in their entirety. Homage! To the Guru Dakini, the embodiment of all the Conquerors, I respectfully take refuge for the benefit of all sentient beings. To protect the precious teachings of the Buddha, may those who explain and practice here, may the assembled Sangha gather together, and may all the conditions for the Dharma be complete. Guru Dakini, Having vowed to accomplish this practice, may it be accomplished without difficulty at this time! Repeatedly generate the mind of enlightenment. Offer tormas to the obstructing forces and give commands. Perform the preliminary practices such as the protection circle according to the general guidelines. Hrih! In the primordial purity of non-objectification of all phenomena, from the play of unceasing compassion, the red syllable HRIH blazes with light. From that, light radiates, purifying the outer and inner worlds. E Yam Ra Sum Kem Ram, By radiating, the elements increase in succession. From BHRUM arises a precious celestial mansion, complete with ornaments and arrangements. Inside, there is an eight-petaled lotus with pistils, and on the petals are red lotuses. On the sun cushion are nine red HRIH syllables, completely transformed into lotus hooks.

One face, four arms, holding an iron hook and a lasso, a lotus arrow and bow. Possessing a beautiful and captivating demeanor, adorned with silk, jewels, and bones. Two feet playing in a dancing posture, residing in the center of blazing red light. At the four doors, eight male and female door guardians. One face, two arms, holding an iron hook and a lasso, and changing in a dancing posture. Outside, a tent of lotus vajras. Light rays blaze like a fire. Body, speech, and mind are blessed, may the empowerment of the five wisdoms be perfected. OM AH HUNG. OM HUNG TRAM HRIH AH. From the letter HRIH on the sun below the heart, light radiates, inviting countless wisdom beings who are like those visualized from their natural abode. HRIH. From the unborn Dharmadhatu, unceasingly arises as the Sambhogakaya. Compassionate one who manifests various appearances, I invite the assembly of Dakinis to come. After the assembly of Dakinis has come, may you accomplish the fruits of karma. Padma Dakini sapariwara vajra samaja. DZA HUM BAM HO. Samaya tishta lhan. HRIH. In this arranged blazing lotus, I invite the inseparable Damye to reside. Unobstructed from the realm of wisdom, I prostrate to whatever you emanate. Ati bhu ho. Prati bhu ho. HUNG. The clouds of offerings that fill all the realms, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, food, music, forms, sounds, smells, tastes, touches, auspicious substances, symbols, and the seven forms of royal power, I offer to the mother of the Buddhas and her retinue. The nectar of non-dual Bodhicitta, unobstructed rakta, the great place of attachment, the torma of desirable qualities, the clouds of the ocean of wisdom, I offer, please accept with delight and accomplish activities. Maha amrita rakta balimta kharam khahi. HRIH. The assembly of beings, the nature of bliss, emanate and joyfully embrace, with various expressions of bliss, enjoy the secret offering in the place of bliss. Aho maha sukha. OM AH HUNG. Ala la ho. Aham. HRIH. The ultimate, unwavering, great bliss body, appearing in whatever way.
