·斯贝玛。欢笑极欢笑，以度达热，调伏魔与世间者。尽己所能而赞颂。祈请薄伽梵母圣度母，令我之风、心、显现一切皆自在摄受。特别是，祈请令意中所缘一切境，无碍自在摄受。如是祈请所欲义。百字明、母音、子音、缘起咒、心咒等各念诵三遍。第三、圆满瑜伽者，所显一切境或所缘对境融入彼自身。自身亦不观想，信解化为空性，于离戏本然状态中，如其所住而安住。复次，信解显现、声响、分别念、天、咒、大乐之自性。如是信解。以此善根愿我速，成就圣度母之后。等回向发愿及吉祥语。末世恶劣有情众，扰乱众生之相续与教法，并对执彼者作损害，故此对治之口诀甚深。虽教诫，然令一切邪入心者，转变显现为正法。愿善法修持无有障碍之，无害所欲之吉祥增盛。如是于伏藏原文之上，如口耳相传般，以少许明晰之词句修饰，莲花舞自在力造作此易读之法，愿善妙增上！ 度母红尊遣除一切不顺之念诵仪轨，著为易读。莲花舞自在力。

· Spelma. Laughing, greatly laughing, with Tuttaara, subduing demons and the world. Praising to the best of one's ability. I pray to the Bhagavati Arya Tara, may she make all my wind, mind, and appearances gather into self-control. In particular, I pray that all objects of focus in the mind may be gathered into unobstructed self-control. Thus, pray for the desired meaning. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, vowels, consonants, the Pratītyasamutpāda mantra, and the heart mantra three times each. Third, the perfect yoga is: all appearing objects or objects of focus dissolve into that very object itself. Believing that oneself is also not visualized and has become emptiness, abide equally in the natural state of freedom from elaboration, as it dwells. Again, believe that appearances, sounds, thoughts, deities, mantras, and great bliss have become the nature of. Thus, believe. By this virtue, may I quickly, having accomplished the Holy Tara. Etc., dedicate aspirations and auspicious words. In the degenerate age, evil beings, disturb the continuum of beings and the teachings, and harm those who cling to them, so this antidote instruction is very profound. Although taught, may all those with wrong views transform appearances into the sacred Dharma. May there be no obstacles to the practice of virtue and Dharma, and may the glory of harmless desires increase!
