喇嘛桑瓦兑巴中，博丹秋色特殊修法精要。 喇嘛桑瓦兑巴中，博丹秋色特殊修法精要。 喇嘛桑瓦兑巴中，博丹秋色特殊修法精要。 玛哈咕噜萨瓦悉地吽！ 为了拥有智慧和聪慧， 咕噜修法之方法有三： 前行、正行、后行这三者。 前行有三：皈依、 发心、祈请。 皈依三门意与身， 那摩！ 所有善逝之总集身， 喇嘛多杰怎巴处， 我等有情皆皈依。 发心为利他众生， 勤修喇嘛瑜伽作是思。 祈请于顶上观想喇嘛， 嗟！嗟！大咕噜， 圆满一切佛之功德， 祈请成办我之所愿。 正行有三：生起次第， 念诵咒语，圆满次第。 生起次第首先安住于无造作， 从空性大悲之自性中， 于白黄莲花茎之上， 自身化现为博丹秋色尊， 一面二臂跏趺坐， 身色白色，头戴绸缎冠， 身着白色丝绸法衣， 以珍宝邬波罗花交错严饰， 右手摇动颅骨鼓发出声响， 左手持满盛甘露之莲花钵， 面带微笑容光焕发， 安住于彩虹五光之中， 观想向一切散布甘露。 于心间白莲四瓣之中， 白色啥字放光照耀十方， 观想降下法性甘露之雨。 之后念诵秘密心咒，约七百万遍。 嗡 班扎 咕噜 嘉纳 扎嘉 悉地 吽 啥！ 冰片、葡萄、白菖蒲， 早晨于……红色乳汁中混合饮用。 圆满次第自身融入啥字， 啥字融入于元音之中， 元音于内相遇……称作鼻音相遇，于空性中， 白色光明自性瓦拉拉， 安住于等同虚空之生起中，无勤任运， 博丹将成为遍知一切所知。 后行有三：发愿、 日常行持、修法之果。 如此重复发愿， 那摩 喇嘛修持等， 三时我所积聚之资粮力， 祈愿一切所作事业迅速成就， 我等获得无上之果位。 日常行持以喇嘛之慢心……

In the generation stage, first abide in non-fabrication, From the nature of emptiness and compassion, On top of a white and yellow lotus stem, Transform oneself into Lodro Chokse, One face, two arms, sitting in vajra posture, Body color white, wearing a silk hat, Wearing white silk robes, Adorned with intertwined precious utpala flowers, The right hand shakes a skull drum making sound, The left hand holds a lotus bowl filled with nectar, With a smiling and radiant face, peaceful demeanor, Abiding in the center of a rainbow of five lights, Thinking of distributing nectar to all. In the center of the heart, in the middle of a white lotus with four petals, The white Hrih syllable radiates light, illuminating the ten directions, Thinking of raining down the nectar of Dharma.
