真实的灌顶是，将宝瓶置于头顶， ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）。珍宝宝瓶具足一切特征，祈请不死的长寿天众及其眷属，降临于此，赐予聚集于此的有缘种姓之子们，寿命自在的成就。根本咒语后加：ཀཱ་ཡ་བཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：kāya vāka citta sarva siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：身语意一切成就吽）。将宝瓶置于三处（顶、喉、心），并倾注宝瓶水。将长寿食子置于头顶， ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。祈请赐予无生无死大乐之身，不变长寿的成就。祈请赐予五大聚合，光明灿烂之身，共同长寿的成就。念诵根本咒，并将长寿穗置于三处（顶、喉、心）。给予长寿丸，长寿食子，具足精华之此物，将给予有缘之子。食此物者，怙主无量寿，得见尊颜，成就获得。如是说并念诵根本咒。给予长寿酒，以千种谷物精华混合之，具足力量的蔗糖不死甘露，今日此子将品尝，长寿成就将获得。如是说并念诵根本咒。之后撒花，愿寿命如金刚般坚不可摧！愿寿命如雍仲般永恒不变！愿寿命如胜幢般永不衰败！最终愿证得圆满正等觉！如是说三遍。最后，如通常一样供养七宝、八瑞相、八吉祥物，并说吉祥语，承诺誓言，供养曼扎等，以及修法之结尾仪轨等，如通常一样做。愿一切突发的寿命障碍，如黑暗中的太阳般彻底驱除，愿能见到百年的荣耀，享受百年的精华，在安乐中生活！此乃莲花舞自在力所作之补充，愿吉祥增上！ 与长寿修法太阳心髓相关联的长寿灌顶。莲花舞自在力。

The actual empowerment is: Place the vase on the crown of the head. HRĪḤ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Shame). The precious vase is complete with all characteristics. Please, immortal life deities and their retinues, gather here and bestow upon these fortunate sons of lineage the accomplishment of life's mastery. At the end of the root mantra: KĀYA VĀKA CITTA SARVA SIDDHI HŪṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: kāya vāka citta sarva siddhi hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: body speech mind all accomplishment hūṃ). Place the vase in three places (crown, throat, heart) and pour the vase water. Place the longevity torma on the crown of the head. HŪṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Please bestow the unchanging accomplishment of longevity, the body of great bliss, without birth or death. Please bestow the common accomplishment of longevity, the clear and radiant body of the five elements combined. Recite the root mantra and touch the longevity stalk to the three places (crown, throat, heart). Give the longevity pills. This longevity food, endowed with essence, shall be given to the fortunate son. By eating this, the protector Amitayus, will be seen, and accomplishment will be attained. Thus say and recite the root mantra. Give the longevity wine. This sugarcane amrita, mixed with the essence of a thousand grains, rich in power, shall be tasted by this son today, and the accomplishment of longevity shall be attained. Thus say and recite the root mantra. Then scatter flowers. May life become as indestructible as a vajra! May life become as unchanging as a swastika! May life become as undiminishing as a victory banner! May you ultimately attain perfect enlightenment! Say this three times. Finally, offer the seven treasures, eight auspicious symbols, and eight auspicious substances as usual, and say auspicious words, take vows, offer mandalas, and perform the concluding rituals of the sadhana as usual. May all sudden obstacles to life be completely dispelled like the sun in darkness, may you see the glory of a hundred years, enjoy the essence of a hundred harvests, and live in bliss!
