Emanated incarnation, miraculously born in the Sindhu Sea, The light-bearing ḍākinī, Māratika, The long-life companion, the goddess Mandāravā, I pray, grant the accomplishment of long life! Śākyadevī in Yangleshö, In Tibet, the melodious Pälmo Tso Gyalmo, Tashi Khyedren, Kālāsiddhi, and others, The billionfold assembly of lineage-holding ḍākinīs, I pray, grant the accomplishment of long life! From the great maṇḍala of clear light, experience, and skill, The long-life goddess Caṇḍālīmā, And the powerful Hayagrīva, the heart-sādhana Heruka, I pray, grant the accomplishment of long life! Having trained in the common and uncommon preliminaries, Clearly visualizing the long-life ḍākinī in the three doors, Radiating and gathering light rays, drawing in the essence of life, May I constantly abide as the youthful vase body! Furthermore, may the unchanging swastika of long life be firm, May the life-root, the iron life-force, be accomplished, May I attain the great transference, the rainbow body, the vajra state, And may all those connected be meaningful and quickly accomplished! This was quickly written in the secluded place of Chimphu.
