This is the root practice for immortality: In a secluded place, in the center of a dais, either a painted cloth or a mandala of colored powders is suitable. Upon the mandala, on a raised throne, arrange an array of life-enhancing and ornamented items. To the right, place longevity pills; to the left, longevity wine. Behind, place a turquoise soul-stone mirror, and an arrow-banner adorned with silks. In front, arrange offerings beautifully. For the unelaborate, continuous yogi, the channels, winds, and bindus are the support for the mandala. One's own mind is the Wisdom Ḍākinī herself. All domains and enjoyments are accomplished by offering them as mudrā offerings. Samaya! Then, the practice of the sādhana, In the three parts of preliminary, main practice, and conclusion, first is the preliminary stage: Namo! I and all beings of the three realms, with faith, renunciation, and great compassion, take refuge with one-pointed devotion in the deities of the Wisdom Ḍākinī's mandala! Ho! With the four immeasurable aspirations, having taken all sentient beings to heart, through the samādhi of the generation and completion stages, I will accomplish immortality for the benefit of others! May the assembly of longevity deities of the three kāyas bestow great wisdom blessings from the expanse! May the clouds of outer, inner, and secret offerings be blessed into a treasury of space! Jñāna āveśaya ā ā! Sarva pūja megha samaye hūṃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）! Second, the main practice of generation and recitation: Hrīḥ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）! All phenomena of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa are emptiness. Appearances and existence are within a vajra tent, and in the center of a self-arisen palace of longevity, awareness is the unconditioned dharmakāya. The face and hands are the perfect saṃbhogakāya. The Ḍākinī of great bliss is the nirmāṇakāya. She is red and radiant, peaceful and smiling, with an amorous demeanor. Her right hand holds a longevity arrow-banner, and her left holds a fine vase of amrita. Her hair is dark and lustrous, flowing freely, adorned with silks, jewels, and flowers. Her breasts are full, and her secret lotus is blossoming. With a dancing posture of legs extended and bent, she enjoys a seat of lotus, sun, and moon. On her crown is the protector Amitāyus, and at her heart is marked a wish-fulfilling wheel. Furthermore, all aggregates, elements, and sense bases reside as the essence of the three roots, the longevity deities. From the Hrīḥ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍） at her heart, light radiates forth, inviting the wisdom beings.
