In this snow-covered land of Tibet, as the aspirations and activities of the incarnate Khenpo, Acharya, and Dharma King ripened, generally, the scriptures of the Buddhas along with their commentaries, and in particular, countless outer and inner tantra sections were invited from places like the Odiyan Dakini realm to this cool land. The incarnate translators, panditas, and assemblies of accomplished masters translated them into Tibetan, and then revised and finalized them. The great master of Odiyan, Guru Padmasambhava, traversed the entire land of Tibet with his feet. In order to heal the decline of the vessel and essence of the later Tibetan world, he concealed immeasurable Dharma teachings, represented by the "Guru, Completion, and Mind" (three cycles of teachings), as treasures, and sealed them with prayers of aspiration. As prophesied, the names, places, times, and necessities of the initial twenty-five accomplished beings of Tibet and their incarnations and emanations, etc., treasure revealers, later, the incarnate treasure revealers appeared in succession, inviting from their respective treasure sites countless sadhanas of the three roots' deity mandalas, and the supporting Dharma of these sadhanas—the stages of generation, completion, and great perfection, awakening fortunate and karmically connected beings to the nature of the three vajras in body, speech, and mind, etc., profound secret instructions. Each treasure revelation's treasure Dharma possesses the complete and unerring path to liberation, and the blessings of the nine-fold qualities of the Vidyadhara lineage have not faded, the source of accomplishment of the countless peaceful and wrathful deity mandalas has not dried up, the root of the activities of the heroes and dakinis of the three places and the Dharma protectors with their oaths has not declined, and the manifestation of the inexhaustible great treasure Dharma, prepared for the fortunate and aspirational disciples, appears and continues to appear at all times. The great figure rare in the three times, the great chariot of the five treasuries, the incarnate play of the great translator Vairochana—Jamgon Kongtrul Lodrö Thayé, gathered together most of the profound treasures that appeared from Sangye Lingpa, the first of all treasure revealers, to Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, and named it "The Great Treasury of Precious Treasures."

A new great hall was built. The ripening empowerment, the liberating guidance, and the lifeblood of the lineage with the backing of transmissions. The general Buddhist teachings and the profound early translation treasure teachings were established from the root. They were developed and expanded by the heart sons and disciples. The master of the practice lineage teachings, Palpung Situ Pema Wangchuk Gyalpo, newly created the woodblock edition of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures at Palpung Monastery. Due to the need to travel by plane between continents, it has become difficult to carry large numbers of scriptures. Moreover, many ancient features such as dusty libraries and ink-paper scriptures are gradually being replaced by dust-free information technology.
