༔ 无别现证菩提愿成就！༔ 识蕴阿之相，融入无量光佛心；浊垢智慧火焰焚，明净原始法界净。念诵六字真言与陀罗尼，焚烧亡者名条。安住于无缘之状态，骨灰与黏土混合后制作擦擦。以缘起心咒开光加持，并作愿往生极乐世界之祈祷。以无上功德回向印持，嗡 班扎 布贝 等。 吽！ 诸佛总集体性大，加持慈悲之大宝藏，从轮回深处拔出之，顶礼赞叹大悲尊！念诵百字明。智慧尊者 班扎 穆！誓言尊者融入我。吽！自显本尊光明中，融入光明法界中。 啪！复次显现大悲尊之身。吽！以修持慈悲之本尊众威力，我与无边众有情，从轮回深处拔出，愿获得大悲尊之身！加持如空中密布之云，上师众，降下慈悲之雨，本尊观世音，成就所需所愿之果，空行众，祈愿三根本众神吉祥！此亦为所需，于秋吉林巴尊者前往瑞沃切（圣山）时，于昂曲卡所书写，愿凡结缘者皆为大悲尊所摄受！命名之时，加持灌顶亦可，不灌顶亦无过失。仅以宝瓶灌顶即可。于引导六道众生之时，眉间书阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿），后颈书苏（藏文：སུ，梵文天城体：सु，梵文罗马拟音：su，汉语字面意思：苏），心间书内（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：内），脐间书札（藏文：ཏྲི，梵文天城体：त्रि，梵文罗马拟音：tri，汉语字面意思：札），密处书贝（藏文：པྲེ，梵文天城体：प्रे，梵文罗马拟音：pre，汉语字面意思：贝），脚底书度（藏文：དུ，梵文天城体：दु，梵文罗马拟音：du，汉语字面意思：度），各自书写六道种子字。 新伏藏大悲观音拔除轮回祈请文。无量光佛圣观自在，莲师法界自在大乐王，法王父子慈悲之宝藏，祈请拔除轮回！浊世调伏者秋吉林巴真实现，传承上师转轮之怙主与，本尊空行具誓护法众，祈请拔除轮回！自利离戏法身现前已，利他任运化身事业者

༔ May we attain perfect enlightenment, inseparable from all Buddhas! ༔ The aspect of the consciousness 'A' dissolves into the heart of Amitabha. With the flame of wisdom, the impurities are purified into the clear, primordial space. Recite the six-syllable mantra and other dharani mantras, and burn the paper with the deceased's name. Remain in a state of non-attachment. Mix the ashes with clay and create tsa-tsas. Consecrate them with the Essence of Dependent Arising mantra, and make aspirations to be reborn in Sukhavati. Seal it with the dedication of supreme virtue, Om Vajra Puspe, etc. Hum! The great embodiment of all Buddhas, The great treasure of blessings and compassion, Who uproots beings from the depths of samsara, To the compassionate one, I prostrate and praise! Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Wisdom being Vajra Muh! Samaya being dissolves into me. Hum! May the self-appearing deity dissolve into the clear light. Phat! Again, may I clearly manifest as the form of the Great Compassionate One. Hum! Through the power of accomplishing the deities of compassion, may I and all limitless sentient beings be uprooted from the depths of samsara, and may we attain the form of the Great Compassionate One! May the assembly of lamas, like clouds gathering in the sky with blessings, the yidam Avalokiteshvara who pours down the rain of compassion, and the assembly of dakinis who ripen the fruits of needs and desires, may the three roots and all the deities be auspicious! This was written at Ngomchukha when Chokgyur Lingpa traveled to Riwoché (Holy Mountain) for essential purposes, may all who connect with it be cared for by the Great Compassionate One! When naming, it is okay to give empowerment, and it is okay not to give empowerment, there is no fault in breaking the samaya. It is sufficient with only the vase empowerment. When guiding the beings of the six realms, write A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) at the eyebrow center, Su (Tibetan: སུ, Devanagari: सु, Romanized Sanskrit: su, Literal Chinese meaning: Su) at the back of the neck, Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: Nei) at the heart, Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Devanagari: त्रि, Romanized Sanskrit: tri, Literal Chinese meaning: Zha) at the navel, Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ, Devanagari: प्रे, Romanized Sanskrit: pre, Literal Chinese meaning: Bei) at the secret place, and Du (Tibetan: དུ, Devanagari: दु, Romanized Sanskrit: du, Literal Chinese meaning: Du) at the soles of the feet, each with the seed syllables of the six realms. A prayer to the lineage of the New Treasure Great Compassionate One, Uprooting Samsara. Infinite Light, Noble Supreme, Lord of the World, Padmakara, Lord of the Dharmadhatu, King of Great Bliss, Dharma King and his sons, treasures of compassion, I pray to you, may we uproot samsara! Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, the tamer of beings in this degenerate age, the lineage lamas, the protector of the wheel, the yidams, dakinis, oath-bound protectors, I pray to you, may we uproot samsara! Having realized the Dharmakaya, free from elaboration for one's own benefit, the one with spontaneous activity of the Rupakaya for the benefit of others.
