Place the Garuda image on the crown of the head. Hūṃ! Empowered by the signs of the Buddha-son, abandoning doubt and conceptualization, it is the chief of subduing all afflictions, and bestows the empowerment of the great Garuda. Thus, by bestowing the five wisdom empowerments, the five aggregates are transformed, the five poisons are purified in their own place without being abandoned, and ripen into the nature of the five families of the Khading. By manifesting the five wisdoms and bestowing the complete empowerment of the great Garuda, contemplate that you will be joined to the supreme state of the great Vajra Master. Bestow the Garuda chakras of the four families. Ho! By the empowerment of the great Garudas, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, as well as earth lords, fierce spirits, and bhutas, will not be able to cause malicious harm. Om Sarva Abhishincha Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, All, Empower, Hūṃ)! Thus, having become a great Vajra Master, one should accomplish the vast activities of that very one.

这是赐予父亲的许可。为了三界一切有情众生，灌顶使之从恶毒的疾病中解脱。极为赐予此大鹏金翅鸟之灌顶。从今以后，通过此门径，摄受具缘者，并允许精勤于修持、事业，以及调伏恶毒。抛洒鲜花，诵吉祥语。如主尊一般等，受持誓言，之后如共同灌顶一般。于前生起本尊，如仪轨一般供养。所有值得赞颂者，以“等”赞颂。忏悔罪过，念诵百字明。根据有无本尊像，进行送赞。自身生起本尊，收摄放光。回向、发愿、吉祥语等，按照所依之自身生起本尊的仪轨进行。因之疾病邪魔以智慧手印镇伏，果之疾病邪魔以对治之力摧毁，愿以此与恒常无漏之乐，滋养三界一切众生。如是，自忖能利益如我一般智慧低下，将灌顶仪轨读成口头念诵者，故由嘉瓦莲花生之持明者化身，莲花舞自在力于宗萨扎西拉孜所作，愿善妙增上！ 从噶举自生自显中，大鹏金翅鸟圆满灌顶仪轨，金刚宝鬘。莲花舞自在。

This is the granting of permission from the father. For all sentient beings of the three realms, may the empowerment liberate them from the afflictions of venomous diseases. Bestow this great Garuda empowerment exceedingly. From this day forward, through this gateway, may fortunate ones be embraced, and may they be granted permission to diligently engage in practice, activities, and the subduing of venomous forces. Scatter flowers and recite auspicious words. As the main deity, etc., take vows, and then proceed as with a common empowerment. Offer to the front generation as in the ritual manual. To all who are worthy of praise, praise with "etc." Confess transgressions and recite the Vajrasattva mantra. According to whether there is a representation or not, perform the dissolution.
