As we are in an era where we have moved into the great web of intellectual illusion and can enjoy the wonderful interdependent electric stage as we please, there is a need for a new reading method that combines the ancient and the modern. Therefore, I have opened the Tartha Web Library. Based on the precious Kangyur (Words of the Buddha) and the Tengyur (commentaries on the Kangyur) composed by Indian scholars and masters, the collected works of the scholars and masters of the eight major lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kadam, and Nyingma schools, are being gradually entered into the web library in reliable Tibetan versions, original printed versions, and computer fonts. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo (Great Treasury of Precious Termas), which belongs to the profound terma section of the three great collections of teachings of the ancient Nyingma school, have been included in the Tartha Web Library. Among the many original copies of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo, this includes the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo later housed in the Derge Printing House, and it is possible to see the computer fonts at the same time, which is an unprecedented feature that can be presented to a wide audience. In this large-scale project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman, and foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong provided practical assistance with tireless efforts. In addition, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have directly or indirectly cared for and supported this project, especially Lama Tsewang Rinpoche, the director of the Zla-snang Library, for making the original Derge printing of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo into a scanned PDF file, which enabled the entire Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo project to be completed successfully. The accumulation of pure virtuous deeds done in this way is like a celestial garment filled with immeasurable merits.

May this newly beautified offering incense, which intensely intoxicates the youth, cause the nectar rain of blessings from the vast assembly of the Three Roots residing in space, especially the Early Translation Vidyadhara Victorious Ones like an Ocean, to pour down from all directions. May the soil of the hearts of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, arising from the good seeds of renunciation and the correct view, meditation, and conduct of Bodhicitta, fully ripen. May it be heavy with the burden of the great fruit of perfecting the two vast accumulations, and may the fragrance of benefit and happiness nourish all beings with temporary and ultimate benefit and supreme bliss.
