Unfulfilled, Torma, This Torma nectar ocean, radiates clouds of five desires, springs forth various necessities, filling the expanse of space as an offering, may your vows be fulfilled. Offer with pure golden liquor and turquoise liquor, offer the flesh and blood of enemies, offer precious mansions, offer horses, sheep, and goats, offer various vehicles, as well as yaks, dzos, mules, and donkeys, offer herds of livestock, offer silk and brocade. In short, in the world of gods and humans, whatever necessities are needed, adorn them with beauty, praise them with pleasant sounds, fill them with goodness and offer them as offerings. Please accept this adorned offering Torma, may the world be peaceful and the harvest abundant, may grains increase and livestock thrive, may all auspiciousness arise, and may all wishes in your heart be fulfilled. In particular, may you protect this Tibetan kingdom, and protect the armies on the borders, I pray that you abide in your respective virtuous places. May the gatekeepers guard the gates, may the patrols guard the passes, Tibet is entrusted to you, please protect it for a long time. Great and powerful king of the Nagas, nine snake-headed hairs pervade the empty realm, raining down hailstones on enemies who break vows, I praise you who binds the nine divisions with a black snake lasso. Hūṃ! Great black demon king Kram Khana, holding the terrifying Yaksha Kram Ba and skull staff, casting Kram upon the vicious armies of the borderlands, I praise you, the great slayer of enemies. Hūṃ! The nine regions of the Tibetan realm are the karma of existence, the place where the Sugata Thubpa's teachings abide.

Kharam Tare, obedient to the command of Vajrapani, Surrounded by a vast assembly of terrifying yakshas, With the axe and life-force, you sever the enemy's life with sattva, Great terrifying one, I praise you. HUNG! Chief of the arrogant, wielding a red spear and sword, With a tiger's face, mouth agape, you devour enemies and obstructors, With a sheep's face, you terrify and bewilder enemy forces, From the mouth of a crocodile, you emit poison, I praise you. HUNG! Black Dakini of Karma, greatly powerful, With a curved knife and skull cup, you take the heart's blood of enemies, With a terrifying face, mouth agape, you threaten enemies with a tiger's face, Flesh-eating black one, I praise you. HUNG! Possessing the fierce power of assembled demons and rakshasas, With a rakshasa garland of skulls, baring terrifying fangs, With a red spear and lasso, you sever the life-force of enemies and obstructors, Black life-demon of existence, I praise you. In the northern direction of Jambudvipa, the snowy land of Tibet, Entrusted with the task of protecting the doctrine and the land, Four powerful and capable male and female protectors of the passes, I praise you along with your retinues. Accept this cloud of harmonious substances and desirable qualities, blessed by the pure lineage of meditative vision, In order that the doctrine of the Sage may endure, Accomplish this task of guarding the borders, Thus I praise. Then, entrusting the activity: HUNG! KYE! Listen, gatekeepers and guardians of the passes, Accept this offering of desirable qualities, Always accomplish this task of protecting the land of Tibet, If you do not protect and guard sentient beings of the final age, Do you not remember that in the beginning, on the northern path, The mighty Vajrapani Pierced their life-force and heart? In the middle, at Samye Habu Ri, The powerful Padmakara subdued them, Do you not remember? On the peak of Mount Trakzangtse, The mighty Vajrakilaya, Having summoned all the gods and demons, Do you not remember breaking your vows? Treasure trove! Gatekeepers, please close the gates! People of the passes, please guard the passes! Do not wage border wars! Remember the previous vows! Of the master Padmasambhava, the mantra holders who follow, and of the Dharma King Trisong Detsen, the lords and subjects who became of divine lineage, high, reaching the sky, low, nurturing like sons, in this four-fold Tibetan kingdom, never wage border wars, please protect it at all times! Thus, offer torma, milk, golden libation, coral water, glacier water, and offer to the vastness of the northern sky!
