ང་སྡུད་མ་ཧཱ་དེ་ཝ། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀུན་འདུས་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ། །སྲིད་སྤེལ་སྲིད་སྲུང་སོ་སོར་འབྲང་མ། །སྲི་འུ་གསོ་ན་མ་བུ་གཉིས་ཀར། །འདི་བཏགས་དེ་ལས་ལྷག་པ་གཞན་ནས། །འདོད་ན་མི་དེ་གདོན་གྱིས་བསླུས་སོ། ༈ །དེ་ལྟར་བདུག་བྱུག་འདོགས་པ་རྒྱན་གྱི། །འཁོར་ལོ་གསུམ་ནི་འཛམ་གླིང་འདི་ན། །རིན་ཐང་མེད་པའི་ཚེ་ཡི་སྲུང་མ། །ཀུན་ལ་མེད་པའི་ཟབ་གནད་དམ་པ། །མང་པོས་མི་དབང་ཆིག་བརྒྱུད་བཀའ་རྒྱ། །དམ་མེད་དག་ལ་བསྟན་ན་མཁའ་འགྲོ །སྲུང་མར་བཅས་པས་སྙིང་ཁྲག་ཕོས་ཤིག །དམ་ཚིག་ལྡན་པས་སྙིང་ནས་ཞུ་ན། །དམ་ལས་མི་འདའི་སྡོམ་པ་ ལོངས་ལ། །དམ་ཚིག་མིག་སྙིང་བཞིན་དུ་བསྲུང་ཞིང་། །ཞུ་དུས་ཚོགས་དང་མཎྜལ་ཕྱག་བསྐོར། །གསེར་སོགས་རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་བདུན་ཡོན་ཕུལ། །མན་ངག་ཟ་འོག་དར་གདུགས་ཀྱིས་བཀླུབས། །ཐལ་སྦྱར་སྤོས་དང་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་ཞིང་། །རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་ལོངས་ལ་ཆོངས་ཤིག །དགོས་ཆེད་ཆེ་གལ་མ་གཏོགས་ནམ་རེད། །གདམས་པ་འདི་ཡི་ཕྱག་ལེན་མ་མང་། །དྲང་སྲོང་རིག་པ་རྩལ་གྱི་ཐུགས་གཏེར། །མ་ལུས་ཀུན་ནས་ཚང་ལ་རྫོགས་ཟིན། །ཞེས་གཏེར་ཁ་གོང་མ་མངའ་བདག་ཉི་མ་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་ཟབ་གཏེར་གཉན་པོ་ལྷ་གསུམ་གྱི་མན་ངག་ཟབ་པར་གདམས་པའོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། རྫས་སྲུང་ཀུན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བདུག་བྱུག་འདོག་གསུམ་རྒྱན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ། མངའ་བདག་ཉི་མ་འོད་ཟེར།

我名号为摩诃提婆。 受用总集如意宝。 增盛国政守护国政各自依。 若要医治小儿母子二人。 佩戴此物胜过其他。 若欲求之，此人已被魔所惑。 如是熏香涂香佩戴庄严之。 三轮在此赡部洲。 无价之寿命守护。 众人皆无之甚深口诀。 多数人王单传之封印。 若向无誓言者示之，空行母。 连同护法以饮心血。 具誓言者从心祈请。 获得不离誓言之律仪。 如眼珠般守护誓言。 祈请之时，会供曼扎作绕拜。 黄金等七宝供养。 口诀以绫罗绸缎伞盖覆盖。 合掌散香鲜花。 于己顶上受用且享用。 若非重大必要何时用？ 此诀窍之仪轨不多。 如实仙人明智力之意伏藏。 无余一切圆满具足。 如是，上部伏藏主日光藏之甚深伏藏，猛厉三尊之口诀甚深教诲。 吉祥！ 诸物守护之王，熏香涂香佩戴三庄严轮。 领主日光藏。

I am called Mahadeva. The wish-fulfilling jewel that gathers all enjoyments. Increasing and protecting the kingdom, each according to their own. If you want to heal a child, both mother and child. When praying, make a mandala offering and circumambulate. Offer gold and other seven precious things. Cover the instructions with silk brocade and a silk umbrella. Join palms, scatter incense and flowers. Receive and enjoy it on your own head. When else if not for great necessity? This instruction does not have many rituals. The mind treasure of the sage's wisdom and power. Complete and perfect in every way. Thus, the profound treasure of the upper treasure lord, Sunlight Treasury, the profound instruction of the fierce three deities. May there be auspiciousness!
