་དགེ་བ་འཕེལ་བར་ཤོག༔ བདག་གི་བྱ་བ་ཆེ་ཕྲ་ཀུན༔ དགེ་བའི་ལས་ལ་འཇུག་བཞིན་དུ༔ རྣམ་དཀར་ཤེས་རབ་ལས་བརྩམ་པའི༔ གཞན་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེས་ཕན་བདེ་སྦྱིན༔ དགེ་བ་དེར་གནས་བསམ་གཏན་དང༔ དེ་ཡི་ཐབས་ལ་འབད་པས་བརྩོན༔ གང་བྱའི་ཚུལ་ལས་ མི་ལྡོག་ཅིང༔ དྲིན་མི་དྲན་འཁུ་རྣམས་ལས་བཟོད༔ བག་ཡོད་དེ་ལྟར་སྤྱད་བཞིན་དུ༔ ལོ་བརྒྱ་དག་ཀྱང་འཚོ་བར་ཤོག༔ སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་བཞིན༔ བདག་གི་སྨོན་ལམ་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག༔ ཅེས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། གསུར་མཆོད་དཀར་དམར་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཁྱེར་བདེ།

愿善业增长！我的一切大小事务，都投入于善业之中，从清净智慧开始，以慈悲给予他人利益安乐。安住于善业，精勤于禅定及其方法。不从应行之法退转，忍受忘恩负义之徒。如此谨慎行事，愿能活到一百岁！如同观世音菩萨的祈愿，愿我的祈愿成就！应如是说。萨尔瓦芒嘎朗！（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！） 焚香祭供的红白供品非常容易携带。

May virtue increase! May all my great and small deeds be engaged in virtuous actions. Starting from pure wisdom, may I bestow benefit and happiness on others with compassion. Abiding in virtue, may I diligently strive in meditation and its methods. May I not turn back from the way of what should be done, and may I endure those who are ungrateful and deceitful. While practicing mindfulness in this way, may I live to be a hundred years old! Like the aspiration of Avalokiteśvara, may my aspiration be fulfilled! Thus, it should be said. Sarva Mangalam! (藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，English literal meaning: All auspiciousness!) The red and white offerings for incense burning are very easy to carry.
