Praying for the earth deity to reside here. Please let the Three Roots support as a backing. The precious great palace, The tiled eaves and pavilions are neatly arranged, Inside, soul stones and great treasures are hidden, Warm and comfortable, making people feel happy. The many harmonious offerings, Mounds of wealth and enjoyment, Erecting the eternal pillar of life, The foundation pegs are firm and stable, The rope connecting heaven and earth is tightened, Towering into the clouds, becoming the abode of the gods, The Torma is decorated with precious finials, The light of the sun and moon shines. Erecting flags of divine juniper and bamboo, Beautiful like the southern clouds, Silk and colored silk banners flutter, The five-colored rainbow flashes. Praying for the earth deity to reside firmly here, Eliminate all obstacles and increase favorable conditions. On the top of the mountain is written the mantra of the victory banner's peak (Tibetan: རི་རྩེར་རྒྱལ་མཚན་རྩེ་མོའི་སྔགས།), Erecting the written victory banner, The mountain praise says, gaining victory from all directions, How wonderful! The main Mount Sumeru, The entourage is like the seven golden mountains, Praising you for being majestic and magnificent, May the ten virtues flourish in this land. In order to be higher than that, Flying the victory banner on the peak, May complete victory be gained from all directions! Afterwards, hold various celebrations, With this, may the earth deity reside here, Strength and ability increase, and activities are quickly accomplished, All places will surely be peaceful.
