祈请！ 圣妙上师们的意誓愿得以圆满，本尊诸神众的意誓愿得以圆满，行事业空行母们的意誓愿得以圆满，伏藏主伏藏护法们的意誓愿得以圆满，地神地祗护法们的意誓愿得以圆满，供养处上师们的意誓愿得以圆满，布施处下属们的意誓愿得以圆满，六道父母众的意誓愿得以圆满，宿债宾客众的意誓愿得以圆满，所有一切以猛厉的意誓愿得以圆满，借予的誓言得以偿还，祈请赐予成就！ 此乃化身多杰林巴从伏藏中取出。 吉祥圆满！ 多杰林巴伏藏取出之三根本总集圆满文。 多杰林巴。

May it be! May the heart commitments of the sublime lamas be fulfilled. May the heart commitments of the yidam deity assembly be fulfilled. May the heart commitments of the karma-doing dakinis be fulfilled. May the heart commitments of the treasure lords and treasure protectors be fulfilled. May the heart commitments of the land lords and land protectors be fulfilled. May the heart commitments of the upper objects of offering be fulfilled. May the heart commitments of the lower objects of generosity be fulfilled. May the heart commitments of the parents of the six realms be fulfilled. May the heart commitments of the karmic creditors and guests be fulfilled. May all be fulfilled by that fierce heart commitment. May the borrowed vows be restored, and may accomplishments be granted!
