I praise all the Yidams who perform deeds. I praise the hosts of Dakinis who subdue beings and existence. I praise all the Dharma Protectors who diligently protect the teachings. I praise the hosts of wealth deities who fulfill wishes and desires. I praise the hosts of Damchen who liberate those who harm the teachings. HUNG! I confess to the Lamas for the smallness of wealth and gatherings. I confess to the Yidam deities for accepting and rejecting. I confess to the Dakinis for proclaiming secrets. I confess to the Dharma Protectors for the smallness of offerings and tormas. I pray for the attainment of the great Brahma! Then, each one should practice their respective japa and recitation. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Then, the order of the Tsok is: HUNG! From the heart of the deity within oneself, RAM radiates fire, burning away clinging to reality. YAM generates wind, destroying habitual tendencies. KHAM generates water, washing away dualistic clinging. RAM YAM KHAM OM AH HUNG! The three OM AH HUNG dissolve into light. It transforms into white, red, and blue nectar. HUNG! The three Kayas, root and lineage Lamas, I invite you to the Tsok, please come! The entire host of Yidam deities, I invite you to the Tsok, please come! The entire host of Dakini deities, I invite you to the Tsok, please come! The entire host of Dharma Protectors and guardians, I invite you to the Tsok, please come! The ocean of wealth deities and Damchen, I invite you to the Tsok, please come! Bless this Tsok torma, Grant the fulfillment of the yogi's aspirations! To the deities of the Three Roots, I offer this feast of Tsok. Please partake with delight, And grant empowerment and attainments after partaking. I confess any actions contrary to your hearts. I offer the oath-breakers and harm-doers to your mouths. The twelve Tenma goddesses are bound by oath, Not transgressing the commands and vows, Accept this adorned torma, And accomplish the entrusted activities. Mama hrih hrih balimta khahi khahi. Hum! (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) May there be auspiciousness of the three kayas of the Lamas! May there be auspiciousness of the Yidam deities! May there be auspiciousness of the Dakinis and Dharma Protectors! May there be auspiciousness of the ocean of oath-bound treasure protectors! Gathering all of existence and non-existence into one's own body, One's self dissolving into the mantra wheel at the heart, That also dissolves into Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) and Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih) in its center, The Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) and Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih) also, like the sky, are without focus.
