遣除一切！ 将所有不顺之种类转化为敌人！ 遣除所有瘟疫传染病之种类！ 遣除人畜疾病瘟疫田地之损害！ 遣除战争饥荒恶兆！ 遣除敌鬼邪魔之侵害！ 平息所有母曜之惩罚！ 祈愿一切所想如意迅速成就！ 以三宝、三根本、本尊咒语，以及禅定、法性、缘起之真实力，平息所有母曜之忿怒，愿一切衰损皆得以恢复！ 多次念诵，每念诵一遍供养药物、朵玛、血食！ 努力于词义之意念观修，真心忏悔！ 若能另作母曜忿怒之供养则更佳！ 如是努力，利益甚大！ 尤其于疾病瘟疫蔓延之时等行之！ 总之，对于一切众生，此法不可或缺！ 若具足条件，则为成就一切所愿之因！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 此母曜忿怒之供养，以及空行狮面母之法类，乃恶劣者游戏金刚从金刚钟洞迎请而出。 祈愿所有众生之疾病、饥荒、刀兵三灾，皆因三宝及邬金父母之真实力而平息！ 扬耶！扬耶！扬耶！ 若不背离父亲三宝之意愿，若不忘却父亲邬金父母，则自能与所欲之法相遇。 此是否真实，阿布请您垂视于我！ 乃以奇妙之方式书写！ 智慧空行母狮面母之法类中，母曜忿怒之供养。 游戏金刚。

Avert all! Transform all unfavorable kinds into enemies! Avert all kinds of epidemic and contagious diseases! Avert diseases and plagues of humans and livestock, and damage to fields! Avert war, famine, and bad omens! Avert harm from enemies, demons, and sorcery! Pacify all punishments of the Mamo! May all that is desired be swiftly accomplished as wished! By the truth of the Three Jewels, Three Roots, deities, mantras, and samadhi, the nature of reality, and dependent origination, may all the wrath of the Mamo be pacified, and may all losses be restored! Recite many times, offering medicine, torma, and rakta with each recitation! Strive to contemplate the meaning of the words and confess sincerely! It is even better to make additional offerings to appease the wrath of the Mamo! Such effort is of great benefit! Especially perform this during times of disease, epidemic, and plague! In general, this is indispensable for all! If the conditions are met, it is the cause for accomplishing all that is desired! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! This offering to appease the wrath of the Mamo, and this Dharma cycle of the Lion-faced Dakini, were invited from the Vajra Bell Cave by Ngenpa Rolpai Dorje. May the prayers to pacify the three calamities of disease, famine, and weapons for all sentient beings be accomplished by the truth of the Three Jewels and Orgyen Father and Mother! Yang Ye! Yang Ye! Yang Ye! If you do not turn away from the mind of the Father Three Jewels, if you do not forget the Father Orgyen Father and Mother, then you will encounter the Dharma that you desire. Is this true?
