我因空行母错乱与污秽之力， 导致疾病刀兵饥荒的恶劫生起。 以猛烈的后悔之心从内心坦白忏悔， 以悦意供养誓言物供养身语意， 以外内秘密无上供品作圆满。 以大乐欢喜之心，我等一切众， 如母护子般地护佑并作助伴。 以息灭平息衰败，以增盛成办一切所欲， 以怀柔转变心意，以诛灭斩断违逆者。 特别是圆满金刚道次第中观， 愿于无迁变大乐欢喜母中嬉戏！ 三界清净金刚身语意， 于净土咒语俱生使者的集会中享用。 与嘿汝嘎大乐至尊无二无别， 愿外器四大之冰雹霜冻锈蚀干旱息灭， 内情脉气明点的动摇错乱平息， 愿断除真实义错觉妄念自性病魔鬼， 愿回遮天魔妖女的诅咒寿命险境， 愿吉祥寿命福德骏马事业增盛， 愿以三炽燃增上俱生智慧， 愿以三和合圆满二利， 愿斩断中断险境三怖畏四魔， 以解脱秘密三仇敌之威力， 愿获得从各方获得胜利之威力！ 此乃莲花大自在欢喜力，于行持此仪轨朵玛酬补时，因所需而书写。吉祥！善哉！ 口耳传承母续酬补现证欢喜歌。莲花大自在欢喜力。

Through the power of my confusion and defilement of the Dakinis, May the evil aeon of disease, weapons, and famine arise. With intense remorse, I confess and repent from the depths of my heart. I fulfill the pleasing offerings, samaya substances, to body, speech, and mind, With outer, inner, secret, and supreme offerings. With the joyful mind of Great Bliss, may you all, Protect us like a mother protects her child, and be our companions. Pacify decline with pacification, accomplish all desires with increase, Transform minds with subjugation, and sever the obstructors with wrath. Especially, may the Vajra path be perfected in the Middle Way, May we play in the unchanging Great Bliss Joyful Mother! The three realms are pure, the Vajra body, speech, and mind, Enjoy the gathering of innate messengers in the pure land mantra. Inseparably one with Heruka, the supreme Lord of Glory, May the hail, frost, rust, and drought of the outer elements subside, May the agitation and confusion of the inner channels, winds, and bindus be calmed. May the self-nature of disease, demons, and obstacles, which are the illusion of definitive meaning, be severed. May the curses and life-threatening dangers of gods, demons, and mamos be averted, May auspiciousness, life, glory, lungta, and activity increase, May innate wisdom increase with the three flames, May the two benefits be completely fulfilled with the three unions, May the three interruptions, dangers, and four fearsome maras be severed, By the power of liberating the three secret enemies, May you gain the power to be victorious in all directions!
