Confess and admit all vows broken, mistakes, and errors, May we, the teachers, disciples, patrons, and retinue, Protect the three doors, enjoyments, and everything, Grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Pacify all diseases, demons, obstacles, and hindrances, Increase all lifespan, merit, and wealth, Subjugate the three realms and three existences under control, Accomplish the activity of destroying enemies and obstacles into ashes. Repel all curses and Phurba strikes, May auspiciousness and well-being arise. If the number of times is extremely shortened, it is okay not to do this fulfillment. Confession: HUNG! 等以忏悔罪过。 吽！大吉祥金刚童子与，大母法轮广布者，从大乐秘密虚空中，赐予胜共诸悉地。 根本咒后：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：kāya vāka citta sarva siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：身语意一切成就 吽）如是接受悉地。 吽！ 显有世间的金刚橛坛城等，融入于心之大明点中，从大吉祥之自性中，显现身语意之坛城。 如是收摄升华。གཙྪ་གཙྪ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝཱ་ནཱཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：gaccha gaccha svabhāvānāṃ，汉语字面意思：去吧去吧自性）如是遣送世间宾客。 吽！不住智慧坛城中，身语意任运成就，获得金刚童子之果位，愿成一切有情之吉祥！ 吽！持明成就者加持之主，世间金刚橛一切悉地之宝藏，玛姆空行迅速事业者，愿金刚橛坛城诸神吉祥！ 如是回向发愿并说吉祥语，令成善妙。 大吉祥喜悦之日光，极除邪魔黑暗众，愿暂时究竟二成就，善妙增长之吉祥！ 如是亦是亲近者噶玛诺培恳请之故，由不朽丹尼永仲林巴尊者汇集诸伏藏经之意，善妙增长！ 三密总集之金刚童子一印会供事业精华。 丹尼永仲林巴。

Etc., confessing transgressions. Hūṃ! Great glorious Vajrakumāra, and Great Mother who spreads the Wheel, From the vast expanse of great bliss and secrecy, Grant supreme and common siddhis. At the end of the root mantra: Kāya vāka citta sarva siddhi hūṃ! Thus, receive the siddhis. Hūṃ! All the maṇḍalas of phenomenal existence, Dissolve into the great bindu of the heart. From the very essence of the Great Glorious One, May the maṇḍalas of body, speech, and mind be clear. Thus, gather and rise. Gaccha gaccha svabhāvānāṃ! Thus, the worldly guests are dismissed. Hūṃ! In the non-abiding wisdom maṇḍala, Body, speech, and mind are spontaneously accomplished, May the rank of Vajrakumāra be attained, May it be the glory of all beings! Hūṃ! Lord of all the blessings of the Vidyādhara Tsal Chang, Treasure of all the siddhis of the worldly kīla, Māmas and ḍākinīs, swift and quick in action, May the maṇḍala of the kīla be auspicious for the gods! Thus, by dedicating aspirations and uttering auspicious words, may it be virtuous and excellent. By the sunlight of the Great Glorious One's delight, May the hosts of non-gods' darkness be utterly dispelled, May the two accomplishments, temporary and ultimate, Be the glory of increasing goodness!
