ཧྲཱིཿ，朵玛之本体大吉祥黑汝嘎，薄伽梵金刚童子忿怒之王，殊胜佛母度母法轮广弘母，降伏魔众十忿怒尊父母众，以及圣子护门守卫诸众等，此时开启猛厉誓言之门后，祈请赐予光辉身之殊胜灌顶于我身，息灭身之疾病邪魔罪障与阻碍，成就虹身金刚身，祈请赐予梵音语之殊胜灌顶于我语，消除语障语缚喑哑与口吃，祈请赐予猛咒威力之成就，祈请赐予离戏心之殊胜灌顶于我心，平息心障疯癫鬼附昏厥病，祈请赐予大乐心之成就。 此外，回遮诅咒恶语与降伏，诛灭恶毒怀恨之人，祈请增上寿命福德与财富。 咒语末尾念诵：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧོ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以此接受灌顶并供养朵玛：以རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ་焚烧清洗朵玛，从空性中，于风火颅器之上，从བྷྲཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟拟音，汉语字面意思：部林）中生出广大容器，从གོ་ཀུ་ད་ཧ་ན་中生出五肉，从བི་མུ་མ་ར་ཤུ་中生出五甘露，以卡卓日月金刚为标识，以火风交融使甘露融化沸腾，蒸汽聚集轮涅清净精华，化为五部父母之身大乐结合，卡卓禁行融入菩提心中，誓言智慧甘露二者无别融合，化为充满虚空之欲妙供云。 嗡啊吽吼，右手扬起左手结期克印，以拇指食指相触之手印加持，吽，从法界宫殿中，薄伽梵金刚童子，与守誓护法及其眷属众，为成办世间橛事业，以及赐予灌顶与成就之故，祈请智慧忿怒尊降临，祈请智慧忿怒尊降临后，显示征兆与标识，赐予金刚橛之成就。班杂萨玛扎，吽，无上殊胜之供养乃是，五智之光芒遍照，以五欲妙欲严饰，祈请如您所愿享用。嗡 舍 班杂 固玛Ra 达玛 帕拉 萨巴热哇Ra 布贝 杜贝 阿洛给 根de 内 威de亚 夏达 扎的扎 耶。

Hrih! The essence of the torma is the glorious Heruka. Bhagavan Vajrakumara, the king of wrathful ones. Supreme mother Tara, who expands the wheel. The ten wrathful ones who subdue demons, male and female, and the hosts of supreme sons, gatekeepers, and protectors. At this time, open the door of your powerful samaya, and bestow the supreme empowerment of your glorious body upon my body. Pacify diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and obstacles of the body. May I attain the rainbow body, the vajra body. Bestow the supreme empowerment of the voice of Brahma upon my speech. Purify speech obscurations, speech suppression, stammering, and muteness. I pray that you bestow the siddhi of the power of wrathful mantras. Bestow the supreme empowerment of the uncontrived mind upon my mind. Pacify mental obscurations, madness, possession, fainting, and illness. I pray that you bestow the siddhi of the great bliss mind. Furthermore, turn back curses and black magic, and destroy those who are malicious and hateful. I pray that you increase life, merit, and wealth. At the end of the mantra: Kāya vāka citta sarva siddhi phala abhiṣiñca ho! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) By this, receive the empowerment and offer the torma: Burn and cleanse the torma with ram yam kham. From emptiness, on top of a wind and fire skull pot, from BHRUM (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) arises a vast and spacious vessel. From go ku da ha na arise the five meats, and from bi mu ma ra shu arise the five amritas. Marked with the kha chod sun, moon, and vajra. By the combination of fire and wind, the amrita melts and boils. The vapor gathers the pure essence of samsara and nirvana. Transforming into the bodies of the five families, male and female, in great bliss union. The kha chod precepts dissolve into bodhicitta. The samaya and wisdom amritas merge without duality. Transforming into a cloud of desirable offerings filling the sky. Om Ah Hum Ho! Raise the right hand and hold the left hand in the threatening mudra. Bless with the mudra of joining the thumb and index finger. Hum! From the palace of the dharmadhatu, Bhagavan Vajrakumara, with the oath-bound protectors and their retinues, for the accomplishment of the kila activity of existence, and for the bestowal of empowerment and siddhi, I invite the wisdom wrathful ones to come. After the wisdom wrathful ones have come, show signs and marks, and bestow the siddhi of Kilaya. Vajra samaja! Hum! The supreme and excellent offering is, the rays of the five wisdoms shine forth, adorned with the five desirable qualities. Please accept them as you wish, according to your samaya. Svaha! Maha Pancamrita kharam khahi! Maha Rakta kharam khahi! Om Vajra Kili Kilaya sapariwara idam balimta grihnantu! Mama sarva siddhi Mme prayaccha! Om Vajra Kili Kilaya dharmapala sapariwara idam balimta kha kha khahi khahi! Hum! Through the practice of skillful means for the benefit of beings, taming those to be tamed with love and compassion, accomplishing the enlightened activities of the Buddha, I pay homage and praise to the deity of Phurba activity! Hum! From the uncreated, unelaborated sphere of suchness, arising as the spontaneously present, blazing form of great bliss, Bhagavan, the Great Glorious Vajrakumara, and the supreme mother Tara, increasing the wheel, the Vidyadharas of Vajrakila, and the assembly of the ten wrathful deities, fathers and mothers, eaters and slayers, the supreme twenty-one sons, the four wrathful gatekeepers, the lord of dogs, the male assembly of earth lords, the guardians of Phurba, together with the ocean of oath-bound ones, arise in form from the invisible sphere to this place, accept the samaya substances, the outer, inner, and secret offerings, and the offerings of nectar, rakta, and torma. Protect us, the masters, disciples, patrons, and retinue, along with the enjoyment of the three doors, and grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Pacify all diseases, evil influences, and obstacles, increase all life, merit, and wealth, subdue the three realms and the three existences, and accomplish the activity of destroying enemies and obstructors into dust. Avert all curses and Phurbas, and bring about auspiciousness and well-being! Thus entrusting, dissolve the wisdom into oneself, and the worldly beings depart to their own places. By this, all obstacles are pacified, and all wishes are accomplished. Therefore, strive in this. This profound instruction is also concealed as a treasure for the benefit of the future.
