不越不越具誓者們， 克由日、布嘎斯等， 八大藥物守護母神， 從八大屍林今降臨此。 甘露藥物匯集精華， 藥草森林中居住者等， 八大藥物天女大母， 從生起之界今降臨此。 甘露藥物匯集精華， 常知子與馴養等， 藥物仙人持明者們， 從成就之處今降臨此。 甘露藥物匯集精華， 梵天與帝釋自在者等， 藥物之主天龍們， 從歡喜之處今降臨此。 甘露藥物匯集精華， 白母七尊等， 十二時辰運行之神， 從成就之界今降臨此。 甘露藥物匯集精華， 面見勝者守護教法， 護持白方之天龍們， 從各自之處今降臨此。 甘露藥物匯集精華， 三根本護法 地祇眾， 瑜伽士悲心今祈請。 光與煙霧妙音香， 顯現天女之身等， 迅速顯示徵兆與標誌， 賜予廣大稀有成就。 障礙鬼神化為微塵， 伺機之惡念徹底斷除， 五毒轉為五智慧， 將輪涅加持為甘露。 三界五欲清淨， 成就之物殊勝阿姆rita（ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，अमृत，amṛta，不死）， 二種成就生起之處， 成辦輪涅精華之最勝。 我等乃您之血脈， 開啟秘密之壇城時， 凡您之誓願與成就， 為利有情祈請賜予。 如是，作為新寶藏幻化之部分，亦可普遍應用。於雪山之中，鄔金嘿汝嘎之殿堂，亞隆水晶岩洞，為利益藏地民眾，依據嘉瓦噶瑪巴與政府仁波切孜雪全體之教令，由三十眾，以幻化金剛薩埵心髓明點之門，最初進行甘露藥物之大法會時，蓮花舞自在慧無邊顯現於勢力生起之畫面上，願利益他人！此亦由拉布索南策滇所作。

Unwavering, unwavering, those with vows, Keuri, Pukkasi, and others, The eight great medicine-protecting mother goddesses, Come forth from the eight charnel grounds now. Gather the essence into the nectar medicine, Those dwelling in the medicinal forests and such, The eight great medicine goddesses, Come forth from the realm of arising now. Gather the essence into the nectar medicine, Constant knowledge child and taming and such, The medicine sages, the vidyadharas, Come forth from the place of accomplishment now. Gather the essence into the nectar medicine, Brahma, Indra, and Ishvara and such, The lords of medicine, the gods and nagas, Come forth from the place of delight now. Gather the essence into the nectar medicine, The seven white mothers and others, The gods who travel through the twelve times, Come forth from the realm of accomplishment now. Gather the essence into the nectar medicine, Seeing the face of the Victorious Ones, protecting the teachings, The gods and nagas who protect the white side, Come forth from your respective places now. Gather the essence into the nectar medicine, The three roots, dharma protectors, The hosts of local deities, By the compassion of yogis, we urge you now. Light and smoke, melodious sound, and fragrance, Appearing as the form of goddesses and such, Quickly show signs and omens, Bestow great and wondrous accomplishments. Obstacles and obstructing forces, scatter into dust, The lurking evil thoughts, cut them off completely, Transform the five poisons into the five wisdoms, Bless samsara and nirvana into nectar. The three realms purified into the five objects of desire, The supreme substance of accomplishment, Amrita（ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，अमृत，amṛta，immortal）， The source of the arising of the two accomplishments, Accomplish the supreme essence of samsara and nirvana. We are the holders of your lineage, When opening the secret mandala, Whatever vows and accomplishments you have, For the sake of beings, we beseech you to bestow them. Thus, as a part of the New Treasure's illusory practices, it is also permissible to apply it universally. In the midst of the snowy mountains, in the temple of Orgyen Heruka, in the crystal cave of Yarlung, for the benefit of the Tibetan people, according to the command of Gyalwang Karmapa and the entirety of the government Rinpoche Tseshö, by thirty individuals, through the door of the heart-essence bindu of the illusory Vajrasattva, when initially performing the great accomplishment of nectar medicine, Padma Garwang Lodrö Thaye appeared manifestly on the line of arising power, may it benefit others!
