Supplication Prayer to the Guru Yoga of Yuthok Nyingthig, the Dispeller of Suffering Darkness, the Sun of Compassion. Karma A-ra-ga. Supplication Prayer to the Guru Yoga of Yuthok Nyingthig, the Dispeller of Suffering Darkness, the Sun of Compassion. Karma A-ra-ga. Herein is the Supplication Prayer to the Guru Yoga of Yuthok Nyingthig, the Dispeller of Suffering Darkness, the Sun of Compassion. Namo Guru Bhaishajye. From the direction of the east, in the realm of Vaidūrya light, dwells the Bhagavan, the Medicine Buddha. I supplicate you, look upon us with compassion. In the palace of beauty, Shakyamuni, the Bhagavan, the Medicine Buddha, the wisdom of awareness born from the mind, I supplicate you... In the realm of snowy Tibet, inseparable from Avalokiteśvara, Yuthok Gonpo, the Medicine Buddha, I supplicate you... The supreme vidyadhara of amrita medicine, who expands the teachings of Sowa Rigpa, Zurkhar Chöje, both upper and lower, I supplicate you... The five families of the Guru Medicine Kings, the yidam Hayagriva and Vajravarahi, main and retinue, the Dharma protectors, Damchen Degu, I supplicate you... May all diseases of myself and those connected to me be pacified, may the nature of bodhicitta be matured, and may we attain enlightenment. This was written when, during a seven-day Guru Yoga practice of Yuthok, in a dream, Gyaltsab Drakpa Chokyang was very pleased and placed me in the empowerment line of the empowerment practice, and gave many instructions. I thought that all of space was filled with eleven-faced, thousand-armed, thousand-eyed beings, but I did not see the face clearly. Only the three peaceful white faces, peaceful and smiling, filled all of space with smiles and looked upon me with compassionate eyes. Not in a dream, but in a visionary experience, someone gave me a fresh arura with leaves, about the size of a human head. In addition, there were many dream signs of the Dharma protectors, Damchen Degu, so it was written by Karma A-ra-ga. ༈ The biographies and profound intentions of Yuthokpa, as well as the mantras and visualizations of the general Guru Yoga, have been compiled by A-ra-ga. In the White Hundred Thousand Mantras of Yuthokpa, it is said that to protect against obstacles to life, one should clearly visualize oneself as Avalokiteśvara and meditate. This means that on the crown of one's head, whether visualizing oneself as ordinary or as a yidam, one should visualize a large four-petaled lotus, in the center of which is Yuthok.
