刹那间起身为金刚萨埵之身，安住于生圆双运之中。入睡时，观想心间明点如孔雀翎羽般，对上师之身生起信心而入睡。明日醒来之时，如前一般修持。第三、后行之事业：恒时了知诸法如幻，虽不特意修持无实有，然亦不为散乱之因、错谬之境所转，将本尊、咒语、智慧之体性作为道用；尤其金刚乘道之根本即是上师之加持，故应敬信上师，精进守护誓言，于因果取舍不生错谬，所作所为皆不为自利所染，以利他之心作为珍宝教法之助伴，恒时以慈悲之心对待众生，此乃至关重要。于座间休息时，为令世俗谛、胜义谛一切善根皆为遍布虚空一切有情众生之利益，愿我于此生刹那间获得双运金刚萨埵之果位，如是作殊胜之回向发愿。唉玛吙！甚深空行母之心血，甚深秘密口耳传承如意自在之法，上师口诀加持力猛厉，具足三信成佛之捷径，应众多具缘者之祈请，由持明宝生诺布至心瑜伽士，以清净利他之心而著述。将口耳传承之无字诀窍记录成文，若有错谬则于三根本前忏悔，若有善妙则愿一切众生，皆能趣入金刚瑜伽之正道，于此生即证得双运果位！如是前后经众多具缘者劝请，尤其芒域贡塘玛切寺之持律大德，大乘行者苏玛谛达玛格尔谛夏日巴扎之语再三劝请，故由拉氏持明咒士才旺诺布，或名莲花胜乘教法光明，决定秘密成就之车乘，一切方所胜者自在力之众，于芒域西日昆色冈波切，土鸟年（1909）六月十一吉祥日，于一座间之部分圆满书写，于此不应……

In an instant, rise as the body of Vajrasattva, and remain equally in the union of generation and completion stages. When falling asleep, contemplate the guru's form as a peacock feather-like bindu in the heart, entrust your mind to it, and fall asleep. When the time comes to wake up the next day, practice as before. Third, the subsequent activities are: At all times, although you do not specifically meditate on knowing that all phenomena are like illusions, without inherent existence, never lose yourself to the power of distraction and delusion, but take the deity, mantra, and essence of wisdom as the path; especially since the root of the Vajrayana path is the blessing of the guru, have devotion to the guru, diligently keep vows, and do not err in abandoning and taking up cause and effect. Whatever you do, do not be attached to your own desires, but always regard benefiting others as the essence, as a companion to the precious teachings of the Victorious Ones, and always treat beings with compassion. This is extremely important. In the breaks between sessions, for the benefit of all sentient beings pervading the sky with all the virtues of relative and ultimate truth, may I attain the state of union Vajrasattva in this life in an instant, and seal it with excellent dedication and aspiration. Emaho! The heart's blood of the profoundly deep dakinis! The profoundly secret oral transmission, the wish-fulfilling dharma of empowerment! The guru's oral instructions have the power of blessing! This secret path to enlightenment, endowed with the three confidences! In response to the prayers of many fortunate ones, Tshewang Norbu, the yogi of ultimate meaning, composed this with pure altruistic intention! If there are errors in writing down the unwritten oral transmission, I confess to the three roots. If there is goodness, may all beings enter this path of Vajra Yoga and attain union in this very life! 如果出现掺杂不纯正之物的情况，玛、嘎、达玛三者请给予惩罚！请恒常做为修行之子的助伴！萨玛雅 丹 匝 (ས་མ་ཡཱ་དཾ་ཛ༔，梵文天城体：समयदं ज，梵文罗马拟音：samaya daṃ ja，誓言，给予，生)！ 嘉 嘉 嘉 (རྒྱཱ་རྒྱཱ་རྒྱཱ༔)！此（法）赐予具缘、心中忆念、具信守誓者，对其他人保密！阿提 (ཨྠྀི༔)！善哉！ 又是如同极密空行母心血般的口耳相传甚深法，从中取出，极其珍贵的常修法，在纸卷顶端袋子里。 策旺诺布。

If there occurs adulteration or impurity, may the three, Ma, Ga, and Dama, impose punishment! May you always be a companion to the son of practice! Samaya Dam Dza (ས་མ་ཡཱ་དཾ་ཛ༔，梵文天城体：समयदं ज，梵文罗马拟音：samaya daṃ ja，Oath, Giving, Born)! Gya Gya Gya (རྒྱཱ་རྒྱཱ་རྒྱཱ༔)! This (teaching) is given to the fortunate, those who remember in their hearts, and those who are faithful and keep their vows; keep it secret from others! Ah Thi (ཨྠྀི༔)! Good!
