The hidden yogi, the accomplished Chultrim Sangpo, who was of one mind with Yentang Tong Gyalpo and who appeared in Guge Rong in Ngari Tö, lived in the human realm for one hundred and thirty years, yet had no signs of aging on his body, and finally dissolved into a mass of light, this is a chapter of the blessed Vajra speech personally bestowed by the noble Avalokiteśvara. There is also a subsequent permission to entrust wisdom in this. Then, when the supreme accomplished Jetsun Gelong Pema Karpo took birth, the Vajra speech of praying to the noble Avalokiteśvara remains. I pray to the Lama Avalokiteśvara! I pray to the Yidam Avalokiteśvara! I pray to the noble supreme Avalokiteśvara! I pray to the protector Avalokiteśvara! I pray to the loving protector Avalokiteśvara! Hold us with compassion, victorious one, compassionate one! In the endless cycle of existence, wandering countless times, For beings who experience unbearable suffering, There is no other refuge than you, protector. Please bless us to attain omniscient Buddhahood. Through activities equal to those of Avalokiteśvara, May beings in impure realms be liberated, May the supreme six-syllable mantra spread in the ten directions. Through the power of praying to you, noble one, May the beings who are to be tamed by me, Take karma and its results to heart and strive in virtuous actions, And may they be endowed with Dharma for the benefit of beings. This is what the great accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo said, recalling his previous life as the monk Pema Karpo, when he was fasting from the age of twenty to eighty, and single-mindedly prayed to the noble Avalokiteśvara.
