如今正值迁入智慧幻化大网之中，可以随意享用奇妙缘起之电光舞台的时代。因此，必须要有古今结合的全新阅读方式，我便开启了塔尔塔网络大藏经图书馆。以诸佛之《甘珠尔》宝藏，以及圣地印度智者成就者们所著的《甘珠尔》之释论《丹珠尔》，即《甘丹珠尔》二者为基础。藏地噶举八大传承或萨迦、格鲁、噶当、宁玛的智者成就者们所著的著作，也将逐步以藏文原版、底本、印刷本和电脑字体两种形式一同录入网络图书馆。此次，将属于古老的宁玛派密宗大圆满法的三大类法宝——教传、伏藏、净相中的甚深伏藏部类的《珍宝伏藏大宝藏》的所有卷帙，都已收入塔尔塔网络大藏经图书馆中。在诸多《珍宝伏藏大宝藏》的底本中，此次将后期德格印经院所印制的《珍宝伏藏大宝藏》，与电脑字体相结合，以能同时阅览的前所未有的特点，奉献给广大的读者们。在这个宏大的项目中，实际给予帮助的商人白玛顿约先生，以及外籍人士Gerry Wiener、Jeff Furlong三位，都给予了不懈的努力。此外，对于所有直接或间接关心支持本项目的人们，特别是月光图书馆的馆长喇嘛策旺仁波切，将《珍宝伏藏大宝藏》的德格印经院底本，以扫描仪处理成PDF格式，使得《珍宝伏藏大宝藏》的整个项目得以圆满完成，在此向各位致以衷心的感谢。如此行持所积累的无量白色善业，愿如天神的衣裳般充满。

Now is the time to move into the great web of intellectual illusion, a time when one can freely enjoy the wondrous stage of electric origination. Therefore, a new way of reading that combines the ancient and the modern is necessary. I have opened the Tarthang Online Buddhist Library, based on the precious Kangyur of the Buddhas and the Tengyur, the treatises that are commentaries on the Kangyur, written by the scholars and siddhas of India. The collected works of the scholars and siddhas of the eight major Kagyu lineages of Tibet, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kadam, and Nyingma schools, will also be gradually entered into the online library in both original Tibetan, root text, printed text, and computer fonts. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo (Great Treasury of Precious Termas), which belongs to the profound terma section of the three great categories of Dharma treasures—kama, terma, and dagnang—of the ancient Nyingma school of secret mantra, have been included in the Tarthang Online Buddhist Library. Among the many base texts of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo, this time the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo printed at the Derge Printing House in later times, combined with computer fonts, is presented to the wide audience with the unprecedented feature of being able to view them simultaneously. In this grand project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman who actually provided assistance, and the three foreigners, Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong, have made tireless efforts. In addition, to all those who have directly or indirectly cared for and supported this project, especially Lama Tshewang Rinpoche, the director of the Zla-snang Library, who provided the Derge Printing House base text of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo in PDF format scanned by a scanner, the entire Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo project has been successfully completed, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone.
