大处我祈请， 终极心要寿命灌顶， 赐予并令极成熟。 如是祈请三次。 皈依发心清净相续后， 生起本初成就之天身。 以阿之音声与乐器催动， 降下意之力量大加持， 法性平等混合而稳固。 朵玛明观为天触及五处。 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）！ 无生无灭虚空之器， 觉性精华成熟寿命天， 五智圆满于明点。 自光芒焰明亮而闪耀， 虹身金刚宝瓶之灌顶， 连同戏论灌注有缘身。 无量寿自虚空菩提后， 五身任运成就愿。 无坏自声秘密之灌顶， 无戏论灌注于子语。 证得拙火之乐空， 五语不断宣说愿。 俱生大乐智慧之灌顶， 极无戏论灌注于意。 与观世音无差别， 五智意现前愿。 童子宝瓶身四之灌顶， 极无戏论灌注于识基。 骏马威德之秘密成就， 五种功德任运圆满愿。 真实义觉性力量之灌顶， 灌注于无得离之虚空。 总持断浪虚空行母与， 无别五种事业成就愿。 念诵明咒与字根元音辅音， 给予意之暖热加持降临。 寿命食子成就面施予， 吉祥语连同乐音散花。 承诺供养欢宴开展， 器情有情能力处所眷属众， 寿命得灌顶智慧获证， 殊胜共同一时成就之方便， 是成熟一切之究竟。 萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）！ 化身大伏藏师秋吉林巴从耶嘉南卡佐取出之寿命修法金刚鬘百零八品中，最初根本之天寿命主父尊母尊子之根本略作决定后，其余皆交付于我，然长久置之不理。之后在宗 ഷോ（不确定是哪个地名）修法时，依仗吉祥之征兆，此三品由不死教二永仲林巴所书，愿吉祥增盛！！ 寿命修法金刚鬘中寿命主父尊母尊子之秘密

I pray to the great one, Grant the ultimate essence, the empowerment of life, And make it exceedingly ripen. Thus, I make the request three times. Having purified the lineage through refuge and bodhicitta, Generate the deity's form, accomplished from the beginning. Urge with the sound and music of A, Bestow the great blessing of the mind's power. Mix and stabilize the equality of dharmata. Visualize the torma as the deity, touching the five places. Om! The vessel of space, without birth or cessation, The essence of awareness, the ripening life deity, Complete with the five wisdoms in the bindu. Its own rays, a mass of light, clear and radiant, The empowerment of the rainbow body, vajra vase, Transfer to the fortunate body with attachment. From the immeasurable life, the space of enlightenment, May the five kayas be spontaneously accomplished. The indestructible, self-sound, secret empowerment, Transfer to the speech of the son without elaboration. Realize the bliss-space of Chandali, May the five voices continuously proclaim. The empowerment of co-emergent great bliss wisdom, Transfer to the mind, utterly without elaboration. Inseparably from Avalokiteshvara, May the five wisdom minds be manifested. The empowerment of the youthful vase body of four, Transfer to the basis of consciousness, utterly without elaboration. The secret of the supreme horse of glory is accomplished, May the five qualities be spontaneously perfected. The empowerment of the ultimate meaning, the power of awareness, Transfer to the space of separation without attainment. The all-encompassing, wave-cutting, sky-goers, and May the five activities be accomplished, inseparable. Recite the mantra and root syllables, vowels and consonants, Give the warmth of the mind, the blessing descends. Give the life torma, the accomplishment, face to face, Scatter flowers with auspicious words and music. Undertake vows, offer gifts, and expand the feast, In the vessel, essence, power, place, and assembly, Obtain empowerment of life, realize wisdom, The means to accomplish the supreme and common all at once, Is the ultimate of all ripeners. Samaya! From the hundred and eight folios of the Life Accomplishment Vajra Garland, brought forth from the Yegyal Namkhadzö by the great tertön Chokgyur Lingpa, after initially establishing the root of the root deities, the Life Lord Father, Mother, and Son, the rest was entrusted to me, but was left neglected for a long time.
