As it is the era of moving into the great web of intellectual illusion, where one can enjoy the wonderful interdependent electric stage as one pleases. It is imperative to have a new reading method that combines the ancient and the modern, so I have opened the Tartha Web Library. Based on the Kangyur Rinpoche of Gyalwa and the Tengyur, the commentaries on the Buddha's words written by the Indian scholars and masters, i.e., the two Kangyur and Tengyur. The works written by the scholars and masters of the eight major lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma schools, are gradually being entered into the web library together with the original Tibetan texts, printed editions, and computer fonts. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo, which belongs to the profound terma section of the three great categories of Dharma, Kama, Terma, and Dagnang, of the ancient Nyingma school, have been included in the Tartha Web Library. Among the many original copies of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo, here, the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo, which was later housed in the Derge printing house, and the computer fonts are combined together, and with unprecedented characteristics, it can be presented to the vast audience. In this large-scale project, the actual assistants are the businessman Pema Donyod and the foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong, who have worked tirelessly. In addition, all those who have directly and indirectly cared for and supported this project, and especially Lama Tshewang Rinpoche, the head of the Moonlight Library, have converted the original Derge edition of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo into a PDF format using a scanner, so that the entire Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo project has been successfully completed, and I sincerely thank you all. May this newly beautified offering smoke puja, which intensely intoxicates the youth, cause the blessings of the Three Roots, the vast assembly of deities residing in space, and especially the nectar rain of blessings from the Early Translation Vidyadhara Victorious Ones, like an ocean, to pour down from all directions. May the great earth of the minds of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, arising from the good seeds of renunciation and the correct view, meditation, and conduct of bodhicitta, fully ripen. May it become the cause for carrying the heavy burden of the great fruit of the completion of the two vast accumulations, and for completely nourishing beings with the benefit and supreme bliss of the fragrance of benefit and happiness, both temporarily and ultimately.
