In this land of snowy Tibet, due to the ripening of the aspirations and activities of the incarnate Khenpo, Abbot, and Dharma King, generally, the scriptures and commentaries of the Buddhas, and in particular, countless outer and inner tantric classes were invited from places such as the realm of Oddiyana Dakinis to this cool land. The incarnate translators, panditas, scholars, and accomplished ones translated them into Tibetan, and proofread and finalized them. The great master of Oddiyana, Guru Padmasambhava, traversed the entire land of Tibet with his feet. In order to heal the decline of the environment and beings of future Tibet, he concealed immeasurable Dharma teachings, represented by the Guru, Dzogchen, and Thukje, as treasures, and strengthened them with aspirations. As prophesied, the names, places, times, and necessities of the initial twenty-five accomplished ones of Tibet and their emanations and reincarnations, etc., the treasure revealers, later, the incarnate treasure revealers appeared in succession, inviting countless sadhanas of the Three Roots deities from their respective treasure sites, as well as the support for these sadhanas—the paths of Kyerim, Dzogrim, and Dzogchen, awakening fortunate and karmic individuals in the three doors to the nature of the Vajra Three Kayas. Each treasure revealer's treasure Dharma possesses the complete and unerring path of liberation, and the blessings of the nine-fold qualities of the Vidyadhara lineage have not faded, the source of accomplishments of the countless peaceful and wrathful deity mandala assembly has not dried up, the root of the activities of the heroes and dakinis of the three places, as well as the Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones, has not declined, and the disciples to be tamed with karma and pure aspirations have obtained the manifestation of this inexhaustible great treasure Dharma without exception, and it is appearing and continuing to appear at all times. Among them, the great figure of the three times rare, the chariot of the Five Treasures, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, the incarnation play of the great translator Vairochana, Kongtrul Lodro Thaye, gathered together most of the profound treasures that appeared from Sangye Lingpa, the first of all treasure revealers, to Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, forming the Dharma called "The Great Treasury of Precious Treasures."

A new great hall was built. The empowerment of maturation, the guidance of liberation, and the lifeblood of the lineage with the support of transmissions. The general Buddhist teachings and the profound early translation treasure teachings were established from the root. The heart sons and disciples made them flourish and develop. As the master of the practice lineage teachings, Palpung Situ Pema Wangchuk Gyalpo newly created the woodblock print of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures at Palpung Monastery. Similarly, the crown jewel of accomplished vidyadharas, His Holiness Gyalwa Karmapa, Kunsang Khyab Khyab Rangjung Dewei Dorje, newly built the woodblock print of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures at Tsurphu Monastery. And, from the occasion of the empowerment and liberation of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures from the presence of that lord, the necessary supplementary connections and so on were briefly and clearly written, and a scripture called "The Wish-Fulfilling Treasure Vase," which contains the number of the Four Noble Truths, was newly created.
