འོད་གསལ་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ནི། གཞུང་ལས། དོན་གྱི་གཤེད་པོ་སྒྲུབ་པ་ནི༔ སེམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་འོད་གསལ་བ༔ ཐོག་མ་བར་དང་མཐར་མི་གནས༔ རྒྱུ་དང་རྐྱེན་དང་འབྲས་བུ་མེད༔ ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་ངང་དུ་བཞག༔ ལུས་གནད་བྱེད་བཅིངས་དབང་པོའི་མཆོག༔ དབྱིངས་སུ་གཟིར་བས་རྟགས་རྣམས་རྫོགས༔ འགྲོ་བའི་མར་མེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྒྲོན༔ དོན་གྱི་འཇམ་དཔལ་ཚེ་འདིར་འགྲུབ༔ ཅེས་གསུངས་པའི་དོན་བརྒྱུད་ལྡན་བླ་མའི་ཞལ་ལུང་ལྟར་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་ངོ་། །གསུམ་པ་རྗེས་ལ་གསུམ། འོད་གསལ་དུ་བསྡུ་བ། ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་སྐུར་ལྡང་བ། བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཀྱིས་མཐའ་བརྒྱན་པའོ། །དང་པོ་ནི། ཐུན་ལས་ལྡང་བར་བརྩམ་པ་ན། དབྱངས་གསལ་རྟེན་སྙིང་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་བཟླས་པས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ལྷག་ཆད་ཁ་བསྐང་ཞིང་ནུས་པ་བརྟན་པར་བྱས་རྗེས། ཨ་ཨ་ཨ༔ ལྷར་སྣང་རིག་རྩལ་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཐིམ༔ དབྱིངས་རིག་འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པའི་ངང༔ ཞེས་པའི་དགོངས་པ་ལ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག །གཉིས་པ་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་སྐུར་ལྡང་བ་ནི། བདེ་སྟོང་ཟུང་འཇུག་རྟགས་ཀྱི་སྐུ༔ ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་རོལ་པར་ཤར༔ ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ༔ ཅེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་ལྷ་སྐུར་ལྡང་། གསུམ་པ་བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ནི། འདུན་པ་ རྩེ་གཅིག་པས། ཧོ༔ བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཀྱིས༔ འགྲོ་རྣམས་སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་ཡོངས་དག་ནས༔ ཁ་སྦྱོར་བཞི་ལྡན་མཉྫུ་ཤྲཱི༔ ཟིལ་གནོན་ཁྲག་འཐུང་མྱུར་འགྲུབ་ཤོག༔ ཅེས་བསྔོ་སྨོན་དང་། ཨོཾ༔ དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་ཆོས་སྐུ་འཇམ་པའི་དཔལ༔ རིག་པ་རང་སྣང་ཟིལ་གནོན་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས༔ དབྱིངས་རིག་ཟུང་འཇུག་རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མ་ཡིས༔ མཆོག་ཐུན་དགེ་ལེགས་གྲུབ་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག༔ ཅེས་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་པས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ཏེ་སྤྱོད་ལམ་ལ་འཇུག་གོ །ཞེས་ཆོས་འདིའི་བདག་པོར་བསྔགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་ཉམས་བཞེས་སུ་ལྷག་བསམ་བཟང་པོས་ཀུན་ནས་བསླངས་ཏེ། མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་པདྨ་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པས་སྦྱར་བའི་དགེ་བས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་བདུད་བཞིའི་གཡུལ་ལས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་ཏེ། འཇམ་དཔལ་ཁྲག་འཐུང་ཆེན་པོའི་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་དུ་འགྲུབ་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག། །། འཇམ་དཔལ་གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཐུགས་ཏིག་ལས་རྒྱུན་གྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྙིང་པོ། པདྨ་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པ།

光明自性瑜伽是：经文中说：“修持意义的诛杀者，是心之自性光明，无始无中亦无终，无因无缘亦无果，安住大手印之中，身要系缚诸根王，于法界中逼迫而圆满诸相，有情之灯智慧灯，意义之文殊于此生证。”如是所说，当依具传承上师之口诀而修持。三、后行有三：收摄于光明，起立为双运身，以回向发愿吉祥语而庄严。第一，开始从座而起时，诵持明咒的声韵、清晰、依处、心要、百字明，以圆满咒语之不足，并使力量稳固之后，念诵“阿阿阿！显现为本尊之觉性融入法界，法界觉性无有聚散之状态。”而安住于此意境中。第二，起立为双运身：语诵“乐空双运相之身，大手印之游舞显现，帕特 帕特 帕特！”并起立为双运之本尊身。第三，回向发愿吉祥语：以专注之意乐，念诵“ 霍！福德智慧二资粮，众生二障皆清净，具足四合文殊师利，降伏饮血愿速成！”而作回向发愿。以及“ 嗡！（梵文天城体：ओ）,（梵文罗马拟音：oṃ），（汉语字面意思：嗡）！法界自性法身文殊师利，觉性自显降伏圆满报身，法界觉性双运根本传承上师，成就殊胜共同善妙之吉祥！”以此吉祥语作结，而进入行住坐卧。如是，以殊胜之发心，发起对赞颂此法之所有者的意念，作为修持心要。莲花生金刚持欢喜之眷属，莲花光明密咒洲（贝玛奥色多昂林巴）所造之善，愿一切有情从四魔之战场中彻底获胜，成为迅速成就文殊饮血大尊之因！ 愿吉祥！ 文殊阎魔敌心滴之恒常瑜伽心要。 贝玛奥色多昂林巴著。

The Yoga of the Luminous Essence: The scripture states, "The accomplishment of the slayer of meaning is the luminous nature of mind, without beginning, middle, or end, without cause, condition, or result. Abide in the state of Mahamudra. The key to the body is the supreme of the senses. By tormenting in the sphere, all signs are perfected. The lamp of beings is the lamp of wisdom. The Manjushri of meaning is accomplished in this life." As it is said, practice according to the oral instructions of a lama who possesses the lineage of meaning. Three, the aftermath has three: gathering into luminosity, arising as the body of union, adorning the end with dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. First, when beginning to rise from the session, recite the vowels, clarity, support, essence, and hundred-syllable mantra to complete the deficiencies of the mantra and stabilize the power. Then, contemplate the meaning of "Ah, ah, ah! The wisdom of appearance as deity dissolves into the sphere. The sphere and wisdom are in a state of indivisibility." Second, arising as the body of union: Recite "The body of the sign of bliss-emptiness union, the play of Mahamudra arises, Phat, Phat, Phat!" and arise as the deity body of union. Third, dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words: With single-pointed intention, recite "Ho! By the two accumulations of merit and wisdom, may all beings be completely purified of the two obscurations. May Manjushri, endowed with the four unions, quickly accomplish the subjugation of blood-drinking!" and make dedication and aspiration. And "Om! (藏文，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) The essence of the sphere, the Dharmakaya Manjushri, the self-appearance of wisdom, the complete Sambhogakaya of subjugation, the root lineage lama of the union of sphere and wisdom, may the auspiciousness of accomplishing the supreme and common virtues be!" Conclude with these auspicious words and engage in conduct. Thus, with excellent intention, arouse the thought of the owners of this Dharma, as the practice of the heart essence. By the virtue of Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa, a servant pleased by Lotus-born Vajradhara, may all beings completely triumph over the battle of the four maras, and may it become the cause for quickly accomplishing the state of the great Manjushri, the blood-drinker!
