The essence is like extracting butter from milk, it encapsulates all the meanings of the tantras with three profound words. The Blessed One, Shakyamuni Buddha, spoke it completely! The reason for saying this is to ask whether this tantra is the Buddha's word or a treatise? This is the Buddha's word. The Buddha's word has three aspects: spoken from the mouth, permitted, and blessed, and this is the Buddha's word spoken from the mouth. Who is the speaker? It was directly spoken by Shakyamuni Buddha, the teacher of this doctrine. Because all Buddhas have the same intention, it is said to be spoken through transmission. Complete means that both the words and meaning are perfected, leaving nothing remaining. This is the concluding statement. Guru Padmasambhava gave it to Jomo Shel Dron. Afterwards, it was hidden as a treasure, and Guru Rinpoche Chokyi Wangchuk retrieved it from Lhodrak Khoting Monastery and commanded Nyenton Zambhala of Yarong to unlock the treasure seal, thus greatly benefiting sentient beings.
