As we have moved into the great web of intellectual illusion, it is an era in which we can enjoy the wonderful interdependent electric stage as we please. There is an urgent need for a new way of reading that connects the ancient and the modern, so I have opened the Tartha Network Library. Based on the precious Kangyur (Words of the Buddha) and the Tengyur (Commentaries to the Buddha's Teachings) composed by Indian scholars and masters, the collected works of the scholars and masters of the Eight Chariots of the Practice Lineages of Tibet, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kadam, and Nyingma schools, are being entered into the online library in both Tibetan original, printed, and computer font formats. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö (Great Treasury of Precious Termas), which belongs to the profound terma section of the three great collections of Dharma of the Ancient Nyingma school, have been included in the Tartha Network Library. Among the many original copies of the Rinchen Terdzö, here we present the Rinchen Terdzö kept in the Derge Printing House later on, and an unprecedented and unique version in which computer fonts can be viewed together, to the vast audience. In this large-scale project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman who actually provided assistance, and three foreigners, Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong, have made unremitting efforts. In addition, to all those who have directly or indirectly given their care and support to this project, especially Lama Tshewang Rinpoche, the director of the Zla-snang Library, who provided the original Derge edition of the Rinchen Terdzö in PDF format after scanning and removing errors, the entire Rinchen Terdzö project has been successfully completed, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to everyone. The accumulation of pure virtue from doing so is like a garment of the gods, filled with immeasurable and boundless blessings.

May this newly beautified offering smoke puja, which intensely intoxicates the youth, cause the nectar rain of blessings from the vast assembly of the Three Roots abiding in the expanse, especially the vidyadharas and victorious ones like an ocean of the Early Translation School, to pour down from all directions. May the great earth of the minds of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, arising from the good seeds of renunciation and the correct view, meditation, and conduct of bodhicitta, fully ripen. May they be heavy with the burden of the great fruit of the completion of the two accumulations, and may the fragrance of benefit and happiness nourish all beings with temporary and ultimate benefit and supreme bliss.
