A concise summary of the activity of offering the constant torma, especially related to the Lamp of Blessing of the Guru Sadhana and the four types of treasure guardians: In a clean vessel, place the red Tsen offering and the black demon offering, both triangular. The white, round Gyal offering is adorned with flesh and blood. For the Great Kīla, arrange a torma with a square base and a triangular top, decorated with sheep butter and sheep meat. If entrusting, also erect a silk crest. Purify with Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ. Bless with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Visualize yourself as the Great Glorious One, and in front of you, visualize the emanation of Be from Ja, the protector Jala from Du, and the Life-Owner King from Tsa. Visualize that the light rays from the Hūṃ at your heart invite the three Life-Demon Pūri brothers from their respective places, and they dissolve into you, promising to accomplish whatever is entrusted with reverence. Recite: A tri sa tri! Mahākāla! Rāca tri yaṃ! Samaya jaḥ jaḥ! Recite three or seven times. At the end of that mantra, recite: Sa pa ri bā ra i daṃ ba liṃ ta kha kha khā hi. Offer the torma three times and entrust the activity: Hūṃ! The fierce emanation of Be! The body of a Mönpa life-eating rākṣasa! Having established residence on the summit of Mount Meru! In the boundary of the triangular blaze! The great emanation of Be! The body color resembles broken red ochre! King of Brahma, greatly powerful! Master of the purplish Be Fortress! Rides the Be gyiling as a mount! The hair resembles spreading red clouds! The fangs are sharp like crescent moons! Wears Be chainmail on the body! Wears Be black-soled boots on the feet! Holds an iron bow in the hand! Draws the Be arrow and shoots it at the enemy! From the mouth, rains down blood and poisonous rain! His executioner, the long-armed one!
