Place the vase on your own head, receive the four empowerments, enjoy the inner substances, generate the firm conviction of attaining accomplishment. After that, cultivate the intention, seal the above offerings and praises with mudras without any attachment. In the state of non-duality, without distraction, fix your eyes on the sky, remain in the uncorrected natural state. Do not indulge in dullness or agitation, maintain alertness. The details are clearly explained in the instruction manual. Clearly apply the yoga in the four times. Whether walking, moving, eating, drinking, sleeping, or sitting, in all things, in the play of the nature of reality, maintain mindfulness and mix with it. Do not allow contrived thoughts and discriminations to enter, cultivate whatever arises naturally without fabrication. Without doubt, it will be accomplished. Then, make the aspiration: Emaho! All the deities of the three roots, in the past, you and I, had a common aspiration. Now the time for the fruit to ripen has arrived, may we never be separated! Do this as appropriate. Then, say auspicious words: Ho! Merely through seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching, one can enter the path of liberation from the realm of samsara. May the beginning, middle, and end be virtuous, may the three roots bring auspiciousness! You can say any auspicious words. This is the teaching of my heart's blood essence, the Dharma that immediately produces signs of practice, this supreme path to enlightenment in one lifetime. I have given empowerment and blessings, practice various hidden yogas, may you, my heart-son, meet with this! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Asing! The mudra dissolves. This profound secret Guru's Heart Practice, discovered by the treasure revealer Ratna like myself, came from the Great Garuda Rock, may it benefit immeasurable beings.
