As we have moved into the vast network of wisdom's illusions, it is an era where we can freely enjoy the wondrous interdependent electric stage. There is a great need for a new way of reading that connects the ancient and the modern, so I have opened the Tartha Web Library. Based on the precious Kangyur (བཀའ་འགྱུར།) of the Buddhas and the Tengyur (བསྟན་འགྱུར།), the commentaries on the Kangyur by the Indian scholars and masters, i.e., the two, Kangyur and Tengyur. The collected works of the scholars and masters of the eight major lineages of Tibet, namely Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma, are being gradually entered into the web library together with the original Tibetan texts, master copies, printed copies, and computer fonts. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö (རིན་ཆེན་གཏེར་མཛོད།), which belongs to the profound terma section of the three great collections of Dharma of the ancient Nyingma school, namely Kama, Terma, and Dagnang, have been included in the Tartha Web Library. Among the many master copies of the Rinchen Terdzö, here is presented the Rinchen Terdzö, which was later kept in the Derge Printing House, and the unprecedented feature of being able to view the combination of computer fonts together, which is presented to the vast readers. In this large-scale project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman who actually helped, and the three foreigners, Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong, made tireless efforts. In addition, to all those who have directly or indirectly cared for and supported this project, especially Lama Tshewang Rinpoche, the director of the Moonlight Library, provided the master copy of the Rinchen Terdzö, the Derge Printing House version, in PDF format with scanned impurities removed, so that the entire Rinchen Terdzö project was successfully completed, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone. May the accumulation of pure virtuous deeds performed in this way be like the immeasurable and full divine garments.

I have beautified in a new way, this youthful offering smoke offering is extremely intoxicating. May the blessings of the vast Three Roots deities residing in the Dharmadhatu, and especially the victorious ocean of vidyadharas of the Early Translation School, pour down like nectar rain from all directions, and may the minds of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom arising from the good seeds of renunciation and bodhicitta's correct view, meditation, and conduct ripen. May it become the cause of nourishing all beings with temporary and ultimate benefit and supreme happiness, with the fragrance of benefit and happiness, bearing the great fruit of perfecting the two accumulations.
