As we are in an era where we have moved into the realm of the great web of intellectual magic and can freely enjoy the wonderful interdependent electric stage, there is an urgent need for a new way of reading that combines the ancient and the modern. Therefore, I have opened the Tartha (ཏཱརྠ་) Great Web Library. Based on the precious Kangyur (བཀའ་འགྱུར།) of the Buddhas and the Tengyur (བསྟན་འགྱུར།), the treatises that explain the meaning of the Kangyur, composed by the Indian scholars and masters, i.e., the two, Kangyur and Tengyur (བཀའ་བསྟན་འགྱུར།), the collected works of the scholars and masters of the eight practice lineages of Tibet, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma schools, are being gradually entered into the web library in both authentic Tibetan original, printed, and computer font formats. This time, the complete collection of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures (རིན་ཆེན་གཏེར་མཛོད།), which belongs to the profound treasure aspect of the three great collections of Dharma of the Ancient Translation Nyingma school, namely the transmitted precepts, the treasures, and the pure visions, has been included in the Tartha (ཏཱརྠ་) Great Web Library. Among the many original copies of the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures, here we present the Great Treasure of Precious Treasures that was later housed in the Derge (སྡེ་དགེ་) (now Dege County, Sichuan) Printing House, and the unprecedented feature of being able to view the combination of computer fonts together, to the vast audience. In this large-scale project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman who actually helped, and the three foreigners, Gerry Wiener (གྷེ་རེའི་ཝི་ནེར།), and Jeff Furlong (རྗེཕུ༹་ལཱོང་), have made tireless efforts.
