Then, the small Tantra of Tara Ocean was also spoken in the same way. Then, the Tantra of Tara Manifestation was spoken. Then, the Tantra of Tara Kurukulle was spoken. It is said that there, the Holy Mother herself spoke the four Tantras. Among them, this is a fragmented tantra extracted from the small Tantra of Tara Ocean, revealed by Nagarjuna.
