If he says he cannot visualize it, then let him contemplate the deity on the crown of his head. If that is also not possible, since that is your guru, contemplate the guru on the crown of your head and allow the consciousness to focus on him without distraction. If he is an illiterate, ignorant person, write HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) on a wooden board and show it to him, and let him contemplate that such a letter is in his heart. It is said that in this way, warmth or steam will rise from the Brahma aperture, and there is no one who will not be reborn in the Pure Land of Sukhavati or the Land of the Dakinis. Once, for a patron who offered generous offerings, Geshe Zhung and Dänma also demonstrated, and as a result, steam rose from the crown of his head, and it happened as desired. It is said that the master himself performed the transference of consciousness for a patron named Tönpon, and it also happened as desired. It is said that he performed the transference for about ten people in total. The instructions on the transference of consciousness are complete.
